Staff was awesome. Great for families with children. Close to Terminal 21 and other shopping and food. Quick walk to BTS and MRT, so all of Bangkok is readily accessible. Sukhumvit and Nana area. Good variety of options for dining, massage, laundry, and 7-11 on same street. Staff will help with transportation and anything you need. Breakfast was great with egg stations, ethnic options, and for vegetarian, vegans, and requests for non-buffet items such as bacon for those that want it. Overall, the staff made it all great. Would have liked a later pool time, but that is it.

The standard of the room is very good - a very big bed and very important 2 armchairs.
The room is very clean.
Checkin could be much better. The hotel could not find my reservation from hotels.com, but very good, that I could find it on my tablet.

This is a high class at a great price. Big breakfast spread. Easy walk to nightlife. Short tuk tuk to dinner cruises, but recommend using Grab app for rides similar to Uber.... way cheaper than taxi or tuk tuk.

We stay here often when traveling through Asia usually on the way in and out. Din the bellman always takes great care of us as does the rest of the staff Ice the bellman was also great at 4:30 am this morning when we left.

Good hotel, close to the sky train and metro with shuttles from the hotel to the main road. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and a greay choice of food - although very busy!
The hotel is just let down by the conidition. Wallpaper in our room was peeling, cracked tiles in the shower, shower head needed a proper clean and the pool steps are missing all their tiles. It didn't affect our stay but did affect the aesthetics of the property - it just needs some attention to detail and tidying up in places.
