This route is behind the resort and parking lot is only 120 meters away from the Reception. By boat : Join boat schedule time at Phutakian pier as check in/out time every hour with additional charge 150 THB/person and pre-booking as below: Check in from Phutakian pier - Hotel: 2.00 PM to 6.00 PM Check out from Hotel - Phutakian pier: 8.00 AM to 12.00 PM (Noon). Out of the above periods, only private boat rental available for 1,200 THB/boat/trip will be charged. Extra bed is available in some room types subject to availability. Children aged 0-3 years sharing existing bed with parents stay free with breakfast included (limited to 1 child). Two children in room mandator charge 1 extra bed. Children aged between 4-12 years sharing existing bed with parents an additional charge of 350 Baht per person per day, including breakfast (limited to 1 child). If extra bed (roll away bed) required additional charge 700 THB person per day, including breakfast.

The entrance is quite secluded, quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and recharging. The rooms are clean and smell nice. The area around the resort is great for strolling through palm gardens, orchards, and a Mon village, with shady trees. The food was a bit bland. There were quite a lot of foreigners staying there. I would definitely stay there again if I have the chance.

Relaxing in nature, truly relaxing. The atmosphere is great, with beautiful river and mountain views. There are many foreigners and very few Thais. Dinner offers a wide variety of choices, at prices typical of a hotel.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, professional, and always smiling, which truly made our experience more enjoyable and relaxing. However, there was one exception — the staff member who handled the massage reservations was not very friendly and did not communicate in a pleasant manner. This slightly affected the relaxing atmosphere of our stay. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality from the rest of the team. We would still highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future.

The room had a musty, moldy smell. I myself asked to change rooms with the staff but received an answer that the rooms were full. The officials then came to spray the air freshener. But the smell didn't get any better. However, when observing the inside of the room, it was found that the ceiling It looked like a lot of mold. In the restaurant, it was found that there were not enough service staff. You have to walk and call yourself all the time.

When we checked out, the staff informed us that the water glass was broken. I was confused. No one was using a glass, so we confirmed that no one had broken it. In the end, you have to pay 200 baht for the glass. Next time, you can ask the hotel to come check the room with the customer. The housekeeper came in and broke it or not, no one knows. Blame the customer first.

Very nice location at the river, nice little bungalows equipped with everythin necessary. Breakfast and Dinner were OK, but nothing special. Nice Barkeeper at the pool bar. We damaged a simple, cheap glas at our room and at check out the tried to charge us THB200 for the glas. After some discussion they refrained from charging.
