A wonderful set of villas with a breathtaking view, sadly it’s hard to walk to/around, but that is the price you pay for such a luxurious spot

Property is very clean and hospitable. Stuff is amazing…and every problem has been solved immediately. Beach is not the best. Our host - Banana - was very friendly and helpful… highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Samui Bayside Luxury Villas. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and the staff were outstanding. They contacted us in advance in case we had special requests and took care of every detail during our stay. From arranging transportation, to dinner recommendations, massages, even a private chef who cooked a delicious dinner for us in our villa. Can’t say enough good things about them. Thank you!

The property is good but the pictures are misleading as every villa is different ! Ideally they should show the pictures of the villa allocated to you ! Cleaning cost thb 1000 and there is no restaurant on site otherwise all good. Pls demand to send you the pictures and villa number when you make a booking so you know what will you get !

Our stay was amazing. Nice and close to the beach with a bar and food and a cute local restaurant walking distance up the road. Host was very helpful and very friendly and helped arrange transport when needed. The house was clean and modern and had an amazing view.

Absolutely amazing. This property makes you feel like you’re living a celebrity lifestyle at an affordable price. It is a bit secluded so there’s not a lot around the area, but nothing a moped or shuttle service can’t fix. We would definitely stay here again. The units are close but you can barely hear your neighbors.

Our family had two amazing weeks at Samui Bayside villas. The sea view from our villa was amazing! The villa itself was clean with all necessary amenities and very close to the beach. We definitely want to come back!

Wonderful villa, perfect for our family of 5. The view was stunning and we could spend all day on the patio. The house had everything you need. Quiet area of Koh Samui. Short walk to a lovely beach, 2 restaurants and a small market. The staff was available for anything we needed and were quick to respond to our needs and wishes. This place was a dream!! Go.

If travellers don’t mind the location is not convenient, the villa itself is very big, clean, and good for family/ group stay. Please take note the utility has to pay separately, not inclusive in the booking. We paid THB 1932 for 3 nights. Sharing: our usage is turning on living room aircond around 8 hours/day, 2 bedroom approx 10 hours. 1 bedroom nobody taken. All the time use fan, we switch off everything if nobody at the villa.

Five stars for this property are simply not enough. For its price, location on the quiet northeastern coast of Koh Samui, and quality villas, it deserves at least 10! I brought a crew of 11 people here for my brother's pre-wedding celebration, and it could not have been a more perfect choice. The location of the property is super convenient - close to the airport, on a quiet, semi-private beach, and a close enough drive to the ferry terminals and party district in Chaweng. The villa itself was stunning - terrific views, extremely well cared for, terrific furniture and fittings, lovely pool and deck area, and great amenities. Felt like a proper hotel. Side note - the in-villa food delivery and spa service were terrific, too! However, the clear standout trait that made our stay spectacular was the service and communication from the property's marketing manager, Mario, and the on-ground property manager, Jum and her team. They helped us arrange absolutely everything from cabs to champagne at the drop of a hat, took care of all our food and entertainment needs, and were available over the phone or email weeks before our trip all the way through till the end. This property is not marketed as a "hotel" per se, but it far exceeds expectations versus an Airbnb or rented villa from a boutique service for its price and as long as you keep an open line of communication with the team. I would recommend this property without reservations and look forward to returning one day. Thank you!

Property is located in a quiet part of Koh Samui and the villa has stunning views of the water. Could not fault the facilities or the villa. We enjoyed our stay and was perfect for our family (we have a 2 yo and 4 yo). Great restaurant next door called the Woodhouse. We had a hire car which made it easier to get around. Only disappointment is the charge for electricity (this is explained on the website and when you check in). I would rather the cost be included in the nightly charge. It always leaves a sour taste in your mouth when you are hit for extra charges at the end of your stay. The daily electricity cost for us was just over $20 AUD per day which I found very expensive (we did turn off air con when we weren’t there). Average cost for our large home in Australia is around $5 AUD per day. This was the only aspect which took a little bit of the shine off an otherwise perfect stay.

This stay is the most amazing stay I had in Koh Samui. I have been to Koh Samui a couple of times and this is the first time we decided to stay at this villa and guess what, NO REGRETS. The view is amazing, the place is calm and really relaxing. We can just head down to Choeng Mon beach within a few mins walk. Owner and her assistant is very very accommodating and very much helpful with our stay there. Transport quite efficient for a place which is a distant frm town. No worries. Kids enjoy the personal infinity pool too much 😊. Huge open kitchen and amenities are pretty complete. Well thought of. Simply amazing.

This place was amazing and luxurious! My only complaint is the noise level in the late morning due to construction work while other units are being completed. I would love to go back when it's all finished! Nice and close to the beach and restaurant.
