Stor förvåning när vi anlände och ingen visste att vi var bokade. Hotellet ville se bokningsbekräftelser. Rummen ostädade och badrummet snuskigt. Detta fixades dock till relativt snabbt och vi fick våra rum till slut. Luftkonditioneringen blåste rakt på sängen. Stenhård säng. Pool ok.

The hotel refuses to stay. The Hotel not except to check in. I try to connect expedia service since yesterday but no answer from yr teams. Could you plase answer Why!!! I can't check in and stay. I already paid accommodation fee!!!!.
