I was pleased with my stay at Sawatdee Guesthouse. The facilities are very clean and the location is convenient, within easy walking distance of the Khao San Road area and an quick tuktuk ride to other sights. The rooms are simple but are decently sized and the bed is comfortable. I stayed in a fan-cooled, no A/C room, though, and that was a mistake on my part. I definitely recommend this property. You can probably find cheaper places to stay if you’re on a super-tight budget, but it’s worth a few extra bucks for the cleanliness and comfort of Sawatdee Guesthouse.

Umak booked here, chose the room from the preview picture but when we actually got there, we were moved to stay at the hotel next door instead. I guess they knew each other and took over the job instead. The wooden floor is almost always noisy. People walking back and forth, the noise of people in the next room, the room is just a thin wooden wall, disturbing all night. Not suitable for people who like peace and quiet, not suitable for relaxation, not suitable for people who have business in the morning. The sound of people talking and laughing loudly almost all night, can't sleep at all. It would be more suitable to turn off the app and only accept foreigners.

The room is exactly the same as in the picture, clean, choose a fan room, but it's cool. The shared bathroom is clean. The guesthouse owner is very kind and friendly. There are seven and a motorcycle near the accommodation. There is a chance to come back again.
