Sayang Beach Resort

Amazing location. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and go again!!

We really enjoyed our stay at a Sayang. We originally booked 2 nights and ended up staying 6! The staff is so so so nice, they made it. The cottages are basic but plenty. We loved waking up having a delicious breakfast and then hanging in the lounge chairs beachside under the comfort of pine tree shade or if we wanted in the sun. The food at the restaurant was very good. Fresh, fun vibe. Cutest bungalows and lights and all around we enjoyed it. Good value for price.

Some issues with loud music from hotel bar at night and also from adjacent CAT bar. Quietest rooms at back in garden, not near beach or restaurant. Good food.

Lovely bungalows by Long Beach, probably the best beach we found during our stay in the Krabi area. Very welcoming and accommodating staff, lovely food at the hotel restaurant, nice drinks/ ice coffee and good massage. The room was clean, a bit old but still nice and cozy. They forgot to put a window in the bathroom, they had a hole in the wall with net but they fixed it for us the next day. This hotel offers lovely sunset views and offers an absolutely relaxing stay.

On the beach with a great restaurant. Bungalow was cute and clean. Staff were all friendly and hardworking making the stay exceptional.

This is a perfect place to stay if you aren’t into the party scene. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The beach is beautiful and quiet. The food from the restaurant was yummy, but the free breakfast was pretty bad. I️ would definitely recommend this to friends and would stay here again

The resort is very nice! Set on quiet and beautiful, long beach, perfect for swimming and relaxing. The whole resort is very clean and well looked after. The staff very friendly and helpful. Receptionist speaks very good English and was very helpful to book various trips for us. Bungalow was lovely, spacious and set in quiet garden area. There is no pool but it didn't bother us. Breakfast was tasty and breakfast staff very polite and friendly. Food in the restaurant was good too. Me and my husband had a lovely, relaxing time there and we will come back! I also recommend it for families with small children.

A good resort located in front of a huge and long beach. Some of the bungalows need renovation, but if you stay in a New Luxury Villa they are very good and really a few steps from the beach. Allover, I would say that all the bungalows are close to the beach, it is just a matter of a few steps more. Air conditioner is perfect and easily adjustable. Beds are huge, the double bedroom is massive and the mattress is perfect. The only downtown is the breakfast, really basic and could be much better, with more croissants and jams. No pork as this is a Muslim resort, in case you wish some rashers... Personell is really attentive and all are really very nice. Even if some of them speak a little English, that is not a problem at all. Another thing that I did not like is the fact the the sunbeds are not allowed at the beach, so if you want sunbathe you have to seat on not really comfortable sunchairs. As usual, the German job of 'reserving' the sunbeds leaving a towel in the early morning was fully operating...a disgrace, really.

Stayed here for 3 nights in April 16. Hotel is right on Long Beach, pretty much paradise with white sand, warm clear waters and being fairly quiet. The rooms (bungalows) are spacious although a little dated. In the evening the hotel has a good restaurant on the beach and there are several bars in close proximity. There are plenty of sunbeds and deck chairs on the beach. In the evening there were quite a few mosquitos - the bed had a mosquito net which was useful but I also bought a candle repellent from a shop nearby.

Absolutely beautiful location- ideal for relaxing, excellent dining and a fabulous sandy beach. This was our first visit to Thailand and we will certainly be returning- of the 5 hotels we stayed in, Sayang had by far the best restaurant, the food was outstanding. The beach location is ideal for pure relaxation- we didn't move from our sun loungers for 5 days :) Definitely worth a visit , and I'd love to go back If travelling to Koh Lanta from Krabi airport I would suggest taking the ferry, as the journey by minibus was long and scary- driving standards are Very different to the uk!!

Our initial room was way at the back, so we upgraded to the only beach front room and it was well worth it. The room was great, with our own balcony overlooking the beautiful long beach.

It was our 3rd visit to koh lanta. We tried a different area this time. Long beach is really nice and the hotel was really nice too. But we'll most probably go back to Klong Nin beach next time we on koh lanta.We just prefer it because it's not so long and steetched out.More intimate area.

Amazing! Walk out your room, you are straight on the beach. Close to bars and restaurants.

Am Ende unserer Rundreise in Thailand haben wir 8 Nächte im Sayang verbracht und uns sehr gut erholt. Wir hatten die Villa direkt am Strand mit Liegestühlen. Die Villen direkt dahinter sind von der Lage genauso gut und kosten ca 20€ pN weniger. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und gut, es gab sowohl kontinentales Frühstück als auch einheimische Gerichte. Das Restaurant liegt direkt am Strand, Tische stehen im Sand. Wir fanden das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut und auch vergleichbar mit den angrenzenden Strand-Restaurants. Die Liegen stehen den Hotel Gästen zur Verfügung und unter mehreren hohen Bäumen im Schatten. Da wir 38° hatten, haben wir den Schatten sehr genossen. Der Strand ist super schön, keine Steine, einfach nur traumhaft türkis grünes Wasser. Wir hatten an mehreren Tagen leider Quallen am Meer, die durch die Strömung und den Wind in die Bucht getrieben wurden. Nach drei Tagen waren sie wieder weg. Da das Wasser so klar ist, sieht man direkt, wenn eine Qualle in der Nähe ist. Was uns etwas gefehlt hat, waren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Dafür muss man schon 5-10 Minuten an der Straße entlang gehen. Das Hotel liegt ja direkt am Strand und etwas weit weg von der Straße. Dadurch ist es sehr ruhig, aber es fehlt ein bisschen Infrastruktur. Restaurants und Bars gibt es am Strand aber einige. Auch Massage gibt es sowohl im Hotel, als auch bei angrenzenden Anbietern. Unsere Empfehlung: Funky Fisch Massage. Auch das Funky Fisch Restaurant ist sehr zum empfehlen.

Vårt favoritställe på Long Beach. Bra läge , bra bungalows och supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Har bott på detta ställe ett flertal gånger och återvänder gärna.

Detta hotell är fantastiskt. Bra läge underbar strand och en helt underbar personal. Vi har återkommit under 5 år och återvänder gärna.
