บริการแย่มาก พนักงานนั่งดูเราและแม่เราอายุ 70 ปี ยกกระเป๋าลงชั้น 2 อย่างไม่ได้สนใจใยดีใดๆ (ยกของลงจากห้องพักตอนจะกลับ)ในโรงแรมมีพนักงานฟร้อนท์ 1 คน หน้าตาไม่ยิ้ม พูดจาห้วนๆ ต้อนรับพอผ่านๆ ผิดหวังมาก น้ำดื่มไม่มีไว้ คงลืมให้ ต้องถามหากับ พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย สระว่ายน้ำเมื่อกำลังจะลงเล่น พนักงานเทบางอย่างลงสระ เรากับลูกและแม่ งงมาก ใครจะกล้าเล่น ทำไมไม่ทำตั้งแต่เช้าก่อนแขกจะลงมาเล่นน้ำ และอาหารเช้า ก็ทำด้วยความขอไปที แต่ยังดีที่น้องเด็กเสริฟ ยังพูดเพราะอยู่บ้าง เสริฟมาด้วยความ งงๆ โอวัลตินหกออกจากแก้วทั้ง 3 แก้ว (คิดเอง ชงมาเอง ไม่ถามว่ารับอะไร) รวมๆคือ ผิดหวังมากๆ กับราคาที่จ่ายไป 1,6xx บาท/1 คืน เดินทางไปไกลหลายร้อยกิโล หลายชั่วโมง ต้องเดินขึ้นบันไดชั้น 2 ยกของแบกของด้วยตนเองกับแม่ที่อายุ 70 ปี ต้องพบกับน้ำดื่มที่ไม่มีให้ในห้อง ต้องขอกับ พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย (เพราะเราถึงที่พักค่ำ) แต่ยังดีที่ขอให้ พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย ช่วยยกของก็มายกให้ ไม่เคยผิดหวังจากการจองที่พักมานาน ครั้งนี้ทำให้การท่องเที่ยวของเราผิดหวังและไม่มีความสุขอย่างมาก คงไม่ไปเหยียบที่พักนี้อีก
