I recommend staying here. The atmosphere is very good. The staff are friendly, provide good service, and are smiling. The room is spacious and beautiful. The cleanliness needs to be improved a little bit. There is dust and spider webs. Overall, I like it.

We were there at 3 PM but the rooms were not ready. After got to the rooms, one of them were smell bad and floor was not clean. The air con did not work well. I was asking to change the room at the end we got everything set up by 4:30PM. I asked for late check out and the front office said that I can have late check out at 2PM in following day. I got phone call at my room at 11:50AM in following day asking if we want to check out now. Totally did satisfy.

Check in was very bad we had 8 rooms and all the rooms was not ready yet and we had to wait almost two hours for two rooms to get ready and another things is they upgrade us to a room close to the beach and did not even have a sea view. Staff was very unprofessional and not helpful at all the manager did not do anything to make it better they have a I don’t care attitude and the hotel is not up to the standard as shown on the internet we had electrical problems in two rooms to be honest I won’t recommend anyone to this hotel it was not what I expected.

It takes a long time for checking in. Arrive at 3 pm in the hotel. Enter the 4 afternoon rooms smaller than advertised. The pool is not clean. Maybe because of a lot of people The pool is very hot both in the morning and afternoon. There is no umbrella at all. The kid's club is small. There are not many things to play in. Breakfast is very busy.

Advantages - Near the neighborhood. The hotel has a buggy waiting to send - throughout. - Swimming pool with many pools. A fun slider The deluxe ocean wing has a queen bed for two comfortable beds - beachfront, but not much beach, junk and shells. Not suitable for swimming If you go to see the sunset is good. The disadvantage - a little less staff. Do not care about guests. (Maybe because the hotel has a wide area and divided into two sides) - to check in. Staff send repairers. Instead of changing rooms - ordinary breakfast.
