The price is quite expensive when compared to the 4 star room conditions.

the room is not same with the reservation, in description have bathtub but the room that we get don't have bathtub, and also. mention in description 1 double bad and 1 single bad but they only prepared 1 double bad. the breakfast tasted not so good. the swimming pool look so dirty

The bathroom taps are damaged. The bedroom has a bed that is not as requested. Finally, have to move the room.

Noisy, as it is located next to the motorway! Make sure to ask for a room on the backside. Breakfast has variety but the orange juice is just to watered down to have any taste, I guess they went for color instead of taste. The pool looks really green because after inspection some guy at the building must have thought green is good but it just looks awful you feel to sit next to a chemical dumping place instead of a calming blue lagoon! Now the rooms are neat and new with all the comforts expected from this type of hotel, the finishing of the rooms are clumsy, looks like a rush job, or maybe the foreman had a sight impediment.

As the hotel is located next to a freeway, it is the best to ask a room at the backside of the hotel. The personnel is friendly and helpful; the hotel is brand new and not all facilities seem to be finished.
