The room is clean. The accommodation area is clean and looks good.

Worth the price, really cheap, but the room is quite narrow, no reception, only contact by phone, the bed spring is hard, not soft, the pillow is low, but there is a refrigerator, air conditioner, water heater, the room smells musty, I think it's because of the air conditioner, when I tried to adjust it to dry mode, the musty smell is much better, the air conditioner is very cool, it's okay for this price.

The staff couldn't tell the difference between the receipt and the folio. I booked through the app but was treated like I wasn't a customer of the hotel. When I checked in, I had to wait for the housekeeper to clean for another hour even though the app said I could check in at 3pm. But then I arrived at 4pm and still couldn't check in. I stayed for 2 nights. I woke up in the morning and sent a message via Line asking me to change the towels. I came back to the room at 4pm and no one came to change the towels. Anyone who is going to book should think carefully.

Check-in is very difficult, the contact number does not work, no WiFi, if you really can't find a place to stay, come here. The room is small, the bathroom smells all the time, the air conditioner is cool, if you want it to be cool, the spring bed always stabs your back, under the bed it has never been cleaned, very dusty, no service, don't expect it, just in a good location.

It's no good. They accepted the reservation, accepted the payment, but then sent me to stay at another place, which was in terrible condition and not worth the price. I booked for almost 2,000 baht, but the room I got was the same as the 500 baht room, giving the reason that they booked the same room (is there such a thing?). They made a terrible excuse. If they didn't have the room I booked, they should have refunded the money, not sent me to stay at a place much cheaper than I booked. They seem responsible, but they take advantage of consumers to the max. It's terrible.

Come as a family, come with your partner, come alone, it's all possible. When checking in, you have to call the owner and then you can enter the room. The key is in the room. The accommodation is good, the soundproofing is good enough. It's near the market, near Mahidol University. The bathroom has a water heater and soap.
