Price was good, it's close to night street but not too close so no noisy, near banzaan plaza for night food. 5/5 for location, service was good when we had a small problem with the air conditioner, chief of staff checked and sent us to another room right away, so 5/5 for service. The air condition in next room was cooler but not cool enough, and the bed was twin but not double so I gave it 3/5 because the price was very cheap

We trapped the elevator, the elevator door couldn't open for 20 minutes. Has happened 2 times. Shower to wash, we use the next thing to know not broken, we have to replace it.

Think about it, the jet shower that is signed to wash, when we want to use all of it, we press it to get a new change, it's not like how many people use it. It just so happened that we last used it when it was broken. The time we were told to replace new. Even a light bulb can die suddenly might be ordered to change again later.
