This hotel is fantastic, space very big as i can keep my luggage and my personal belonging everywhere, bellboy also good attitude when i ask them help to carry heavy shopping bag to room. cleanliness also good, very comfortable to sleep.

The internet network has problem when we stayed there, and I asked the receptionist about it, she didn’t even know when the network will get fixed, it really made us upset. and also because they didn’t seem really care about it. The bell boy was helpful.

Modern Spacious hotel cleaned and supplied everyday as requested. Staffs were courteous, and very accommodating, with our two toddlers, the hotel felt like a home away from home. Couldn’t beat the location, food vendors are everywhere which is extremely convenient when you need to eat anytime of the day. A true gem!

I am on vacation with 8 people who come with different flight times group 1 is in power, I, 1 cousin, 2 people relax group 2 is 1 uncle, 1 aunt group 3 is 1 uncle, 1 beach we book 3 rooms with 2 additions extra bed 1 room for 3 people, 1 room for 3 people and 1 room for 2 people but because 4 people arrived early, then we check in 1 room first, and 1 auntie I will join the second room but the receptionist does not allow my aunt went up to the room and held my aunt's passport, because we came in 4, we explained there would be another check-in for another room because it was heading from the airport but the receptionist said arrogantly, speaking in a rude tone and not understanding, to make us annoyed, my aunt is old, it's impossible to stay in her own lobby, and the receptionist held one of my aunt's passports, said that because we came in 4, it didn't make sense to hold the passport because there were 4 diving a I live in any hotel, there has never been a rule to hold a passport, except for copying, if a guest has something on the road, does the hotel want to be responsible? we arrived the room was not ready yet, we were even invited to go up after 2 o'clock, the room was being tidied up, yes in other words not ready and extra bed not prepared also if you want to book this hotel think 2 times before you regret, and this hotel is a little haunted location in pratunam market, transportation is rather difficult the receptionist service is very bad, sorry especially the ladyboy? He is very arrogant and very unfriendly, if you want to stay here think and reconsider, with the price of the hotel, you have the right to get a hotel with good service, location and breakfast. This hotel is not recommended at all I will never want to choose this hotel again, happy holiday. thanks.

This location is good but when the time I check in the hotel experience an issue regarding my bed. Hotel staff mention i did not request for double bed while i booking at website in special request column. Therefore, me and my fiance have to sleep in two single bed instead. Request for upgrade or change room or even top up for changes with their staff but still unable to make it due to fully booking. Unfortunately, the time booking room in website has no option or reminder to ask for double or single bed so I have missed to request for it. The 93 hotel staff is not friendly too.

Of all the hotels I occupy. I feel here a little haunted because this was the first time a nightmare happened during a few hotels sleep. On the side of the room it's clean and comfortable it's just a place to take a very small shower.

No parking, damp room. For those who bring children, be careful if 1 room is more than 2 people. Do not get close to the escalator that can go up to the hotel lobby. They have CCTV, which knows how many people are below. Add extra bed, charge 1,000 bath. The bathroom is quite clean. WiFi is not stable. Arrogant check-in clerk. Especially those with a hoarse voice, threatening by saying you only have 2 choices, pay 700 baht without extra bed or 1,000 bath with extra bed.
