Our room was spacious and comfortable. It had all the amenities that you would need. The room was serviced daily to perfection. The staff were pleasant, helpful and attentive. Front of desk staff helped us organise tours, taxis and gave us any information we needed. They greeted us warmly at all times. Breakfast staff made sure our food arrived on time and were attentive and always pleasant. The breakfast menu had choices of eastern and western food and was very good. The hotel is walking distance to the old town, shops, restaurants and cafes. The hotel doesn’t have any food availability after 5pm, so you need to source it elsewhere. Thankyou

My favourite hotel in Chiang Mai! The rooms are big and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It feels like home away from home. This was my 2nd stay at The Bridge and this time they had a pool. Chef's kiss! I didn’t think it could get any better. Wonderful place!

Spacious rooms and suites in this small hotel, clean and comfortable. Many good dining options nearby and walkable to the night bazaar. Helpful and cheery staff always there to help you. Only thing is there are no lifts but it's only 3 stories up.

I have stayed at multiple Hotels in Thailand and this has to be the best of all my experiences! The staff was amazing, they speak English and Thai, Food was great! The position where it sits is awesome for every thing you would want to do in Chiang Mai. The Room was fit for a King and Queen! Thank you sooooo much for making me comfortable, Kevin G. Our week stay was outstanding. The room was spacious, huge fruit bowl in our room, terrific bath sheets. A medical event brought Nidnoi with us to the hospital where she stayed until the resolution and return to the hotel. The property name could not be more accurate.

Amazing staff. Amazing rooms. The presidential suites worth the extra bucks with free mini bar included. All round an amazing stay. short walk over the bridge to night market or 30 BHAT van ride to any where old town area. dimpling Supermarket 10 min walk away. With the free breakfast you Can’t go wrong.
