The staff gave me a key to a room on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. They didn't help me carry my luggage. I had big luggage, so I carried it myself. When I got to the room, it wasn't cleaned, so I went downstairs and asked to change rooms. I got a room on the street with traffic noise all night. I couldn't sleep. The room had a musty smell.
