The hotel is very old and scary. It should be renovated. The walkway into the building is far and inconvenient. The condition is dilapidated and deserted, both the walkway and the room look unclean. The tissue in the room is not replaced. The balcony is dirty. The swimming pool is not clean and there is only dust. The TV can only watch some channels and they are not clear. The wifi does not work. There is loud noise in front of the door late at night. Not worth 2000฿++. It is good that the receptionist is nice.

The air conditioner is very noisy can't adjust anything Plus the room where guests check out and pack their stuff out in front of the room. and leave it in front of the room like that overnight Until we check out, we still haven't kept it. very little breakfast bad quality too There was no phone in the room. The exterior of the hotel is nice, but inside the room is quite disappointing, seems like the room hadn't been cleaned properly. However, the breakfast and the staff members are really nice. Since the place is too big and too many rooms, you should consider hire more staff.

The room is ok, clean but the bed is a bit hard. Good water park. Children like it. Breakfast had nothing at all, it didn't fill up during the Covid period. The hotel is organized around. But not adding food And the food is not diverse, not too tasty, the staff speaks badly from the hot water to the restaurant
