An excellent choice with a superb setting (lively stretch of beach) but the main attraction here are the wonderfully iron-water natural hot springs (and, at 40 degrees, they are hot). Many visitors to Thailand don't realise the country is jam-packed with hot springs, most of which we've visited, and these waters are among the best. If you can splurge on a villa or room that has a private hot spring pool then it's worth it for privacy/calm to soak anytime you want, but the two hot pools in the main complex are enormous and you'll always find space - but might get busy from day visitors (so avoid mid-day soaks). The icy cold plunge pool is wonderful and deifnitely creates a great balance to the 40-degree waters. You emerge from a combination of the two feelign very refreshed. This was our second visit to the hotel and we can see a huge amount of infrastructure improvements in the two years since first visiting - they're obviously investing a lot of time and money into upgrading the premises and it shows. The onyl real srea that still needs some attention is the choice and overall quality of the breakfast - it somehow feels uninspired with limited choice (especially for vegetarian options) and nothing especially tasty or imaginative on offer. This would be an easy fix and we spoke with the very present and friendly General Manager about this (he is very keen to get feedback and make constant improvements, to his credit) and so we anticipate breakfasts will improve.

An excellent resort suitable for both relaxation and fun especially if you have kids. It’s a little further out from Lots of stuff but the hotel does a free shuttle service to the supermarket etc. The beach is breathtakingly beautiful. The islands ( charged privately) are out of this world . Extra for all of that though but well worth it . 👌👌👌👌🙌🙌🙌 Freshly made food which is also very tasty. I loved my time there . I would highly recommend it 100 percent!

We had three nights booked here in a private hot spring and pool villa. The hotel is very isolated, so it would be best to be able to visit if you have your own means of transport. We found the restaurant lovely, we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and also our evening meals which we had here. The Chef was charming and very kind. All the staff were very kind and worked very hard, and were always happy to chat to our very talkative children. The rooms were a lovely size. The rooms are needing some updating - our room had water running down the one wall from the rain, pictures had mould growing behind the glass, decor just generally tired. The private pool was lovely - although the pool area outside could do with a freshen up of paint, and a bit more TLC to make it more inviting, it wasn't the nicest place to relax. We found the private hot spring to be quite dirty and definitely needed a scrub and refill. The main pool and hot springs were beautifully maintained and lovely to use. Lots of Russians at this hotel, but whilst we were there it was very quiet. The beach didn't look very inviting, and having had a walk down to the restaurant (knowing it was closed due to low season) to have a look was quite sad really. The restaurant looked totally abandoned with overflowing rubbish bins in the area. Overall, it was a lovely stay. With a freshen up of the villas and a little more TLC of the outside areas of the villas it would be top notch.

I booked an upgrade seaview not realizing I would be in a building 300 meters away from the pool which appeared almost unoccupied, they changed it to a pill view, good room for an additional charge. Please needs serious TLC and is full of Russians, which was no issue, but should give them the money to improve the place, needs tons of paint, but it is a lovely place. Food was not cheap but service was fine.

Our room was lovely, other than the king being 2 singles pushed together. The property was pretty much empty, and several buildingsjust never cleaned for long time. Around the pool area was many spider webs and foilage. Was told the hotel stayed open through covid, but honestly looked like it was closed down for 2 years and never properly cleaned up since. The limited staff were mixed, some very pleasant and some not. We've stayed in 6 properties this vacation, and everything else has been a sharp contrast to this. Hopefully once they get busier, everything will be cleaned up top to bottom.

Booked 3 nights. First night in a horror beachfront room. Hallway had urine smell. Shower head is extremely old- scary look and poor water pressure we skipped showering that day. The Thai decor is unique but dated, very dark, uncomfortable. Doors have holes, tv is 40 years old bad quality pictures. Since it’s close to beach (that we cannot play as expected) it’s far from hotspring pools. Tight space, not enough for extra bed. The lower rating is especially front desk we checkined and didn’t try to help us fix the problem. We figured out ourself once we saw a new building for 2nd, 3rd night, Once we moved, everything is great. Brand new room with wonderful design, even have a couch which they should offered at the beginning so my brother doesn’t have to leave after dropping us off. The staff is either stupid or really bad at her job. There’s no manager around the resort where we can talk to. Requested but the manager was inconvenient to speak with me and had never got back to me during whole 4 days. Those new rooms should be given out at the beginning not until we are so fed up with everything. Too late for good reviews even though it’s a good hotspring facility. Quick note Khun Dusit, owner- take a look at your dated rooms, #609 for example, would you pay for that yucky crap?

Like the hot & cold pool. Some units / blocks seems older & would be nice to be refurbish.

the hot springs resort was an absolutely phenomenal place to stay. We arrived in Phuket after many hours of travel and it was a perfect place to relax and recoup. Highly recommend staying one or two nights, and book a room with the pool view.

Tranquil settings with nice pools and gardens, the rooms are a little dated but the bathrooms seem to have been updated recently in comparison to the rest of the room. The TV is very old, but you're in Thailand, watch TV when you go home ;)

The hotel needs to improve the quality and variety of breakfast. The fitness center equipments are very old and need maintenance.
