Great hotel, right in the center of the action, but still quiet enough to relax when needed. 5 mins walking to the beach and even less to Bangla Rd. Staff is super welcoming and helpful, breakfast has a huge variety of great food. Rooms are lovely and clean. Fantastic experience overall, would be back, thank you!

Good quality hotel at a prime location, amazing massage service, however few errors that should not be done by a 4 star hotel:- 1) my credit card didn't work for the deposit when I checked in? Felt the staff was reluctant to find a solution or a different machine that works, and they didn't accept debt card. I used the same card in their Spa and it worked just fine. 2) the electricity in my room was not stable on my last day? On my last night it kept waking me up suddenly all the lights switch on? I switch them off and then 10 min later a glitch happens and all lights switch on waking me up. Until it completely died while I was taking a shower and I had to call the receptionist soaking wet to understand what is going on. The cleaning lady came and put her card in the socket instead of mine. 3) no flexibility for late check out..not even 30 min, I understand this hotel is busy but just to set expectations for anyone thinking of asking...and I booked a pool access room 4) gave them my laundry and I had to call twice to ask for delivery....urgency should be there from the staff 5) upon checking out, Normally the first question you get "how was your stay with us?" , in this one they didn't even bother to ask or apologize for the electricity drama. 6) you have to pay a 1K fee for any visitor which i think is a bit too much

Everything was great for the most part. Location very convenient. Staff was nice and waited on us great except for one at the front desk can’t remember her name she was rude but I can look past because of everyone else. Hot water did not last some of the days.

The stay was great until my phone starting acting crazy! WiFi is terrible. They have to do a better job of cleaning the rooms! Bathroom smells of mildew and every in the room is damp.

Rooms are well appointed. Big bath and shower. King bed is massive. Can fit 3 in it if you wanted to comfortably. Our sliding doors on the bathroom were a little hard to deal with but didn’t take away from how good the place feels. Breakfast is great. Huge selection of hot and cold foods. Plenty of croissants, pancakes, breads and juices. Noodles, rice etc. Fruits on offer and eggs your own way. Staff here are amazing and very polite. Always attentive and happy to help. Two minutes walk from Bangla Road and the crazy nightlife of Phuket is a bonus. Even though you are so close to the main street, you can barely hear a thing at night. Everything within walking distance that you need. Rooftop bar with great views of the beach and the sunsets. Swim up bar in a huge pool with plenty of sunbeds if you’re into that. I had a birthday while staying here, but didn’t tell them, they set my bed up with a happy birthday message and animal towel characters. Really great stay overall.

Overall good stay and an ideal location to see the beach with tons of entertainment in the nearby area. However, did not appreciate the construction going on during my stay and waking up to it (although earbuds were provided). Would stay here again.
