Great, very clean, staff is amazingly nice, everything we asked for was taken care, views and villas were amazing.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Toller Pool. Sehr störend war jedoch, dass exzessive weed Rauchen einiger anderer Gäste direkt am Strand ohne Rücksicht auf nichtrauchende andere Gäste. Raucher halten sich an die Raucherbereiche, das sollte auch für weed Konsumenten gelten. An 3 von 6 Tagen konnte der Strand wegen Hochzeitsfeiern nur eingeschränkt genutzt werden ohne Kompensation seitens des Hotels.

10 out of 10, great staff the room with ocean access is a must, breakfast buffet is next level. If you travel to Phuket stay here!

Good breakfast could have more veg options . Spa was good. Brilliant location. Very spacious rooms.

Perfect location, nice sea view Unique design

The hotel was nice, however the service wasn't up to par at all. The bathroom bidet sprayer was broken and was leaking the whole time. When i wanted to ask for a converter they wanted to charge me for it until i mentioned i won't be buying it and only want to use it while in hotel. I asked for an arrangement for a birthday celebration and reminded them twice at check-in. However, we only came to find out that there was a cake tucked in the fridge on our last few hours before checkout that no one told us about, and we found it coincidentally when trying to get water. Therefore, we weren't able to enjoy the birthday properly and left the cake untouched. Upon checkout, the associate that came to help us with the bags asked for both our room cards, we had to go look for them which is something we have never done before. All in all, the view was the nicest part of this stay.

The property is quite and very secluded. The staff is very kind and friendly. The pool villa was very large and nice but needs updates. The color of the curtains is too dark for our taste. The beach area is beautiful. As the location is very secluded there are no restaurants around, only those from the hotel so every time we wanted to get out we had to take a taxi. Overall a nice property but needs updates

We stayed in a pool villa room, signature high bay, the view at sunset was excellent and could watch either from the balcony or pool. The room was also a short walk to reception and if you wanted to go elsewhere , buggy request available. The beach is a coral reef, so excellent for snorkelling, and although you can swim , be mindful that you can only do this at high tide. As a side note, the resort is quite remote, so the only way out is by taxi, and these are quite expensive even using Grab, Bolt or the hotel's, and approx each way will cost between 400 to 450 baht , if you wanted to visit Kamala or Patong Beach.

The best hotel for a solo trip. I felt so loved in this space

Stayed in a beach access pool villa for 4 nights as a few friends recommended this resort. The location was secluded, private but located on the side of a steep ish hill so planning is required as there are limited shuttled vehicles. not for those who require mobility assistance. Arrived late to the villa, check in was quick. we noticed was the fixture and fittings looked a bit dated and worn for hotel only 10yrs old. The bed was probably one of the lumpiest mattresses I’ve slept on so as you could imagine we didn’t sleep very well. One of the bedroom lights wasn’t working, toilet roll holder hanging off, tv wasn’t working and power kept turning off briefly. Rain shower was useless as the water jet direction was all over the place from not being cleaned and on using the hand held shower, my neck was accidentally scratched leaving a light cut as the worn shower head had left a sharp edge. We reported this to the resort staff and whilst the shower head was replaced, the lights and tv were fixed we decided to stay one more night and move as it was not to our expectations. Originally they advised us that as we prepaid via a third party we wouldn’t be allowed a refund for the nights we were not staying there but on our early departure they agreed to just charge us for the nights stayed and refund the remainder. Whilst the staff were very professional and looked after us, the maintenance and renovation of the resort definitely needs a big improvement!!

Second time to this hotel, excellent and timely service via their app, amazing views and very clean room.
