ห้องค่อนข้างโอเคค่ะสมราคา สระว่ายน้ำดีค่ะสะอาด แต่พื้นสกปรกมากพื้นด้านล่างนะคะ หลังจากที่เราเข้าเช็คอินตอน 5 ทุ่มของวันลอยกระทงจากนั้นวันถัดไปเราจึงขอน้ำจากแม่บ้านแม่บ้านถามว่าพักห้องไหนคะ เราเลยบอกเลขห้องเราไปแม่บ้านถามว่าทำไมไม่รู้ว่ามีคนพัก ไม่มีคนบอก ได้โทรหาเจ้าของโรงเเรมมั้ย เราเลยบอกเราเข้าช้าไปงานมาโทรเเล้วเค้าบอกเลขห้องแล้วบอกว่าวางกุญแจไว้ในห้องแล้ว เราบอกเราเข้าพักสองวันคือคืนเมื่อวานกับคืนวันนี้นางขอดูสลิปพร้อมถ่าย เสร็จปุ๊บนางบ่นอุบอิบว่าลูกค้าก็เยอะแต่ลูกค้าเข้าออกไม่บอกเราเลยงั้นให้เค้า(เจ้าของโรงแรม)จัดการเอาเองแล้วกันพร้อมบอกให้เราหยิบขวดน้ำไปแล้วก็บอกว่าเหนื่อยมากเลยป้าน่ะลูกค้าจะเข้าวันนี้เยอะมาก เพราะตรงกับเสาร์อาทิตย์ ป้าขอไม่ทำความสะอาดห้องหนูนะ เราเลยตอบปัดรำคาญไปว่าค่ะๆ เลยเข้าใจเลยว่าทำไมพื้นหน้าเคาเตอร์กับทางเดินโถงจนถึงห้องสกปรกมากกมองผ่านไฟตอนกลางคืนเห็นเป็นฝุ่นบนพื้นกับรอยเท้าชัดมากค่ะเราดูออกเพราะบ้านเราพื้นแบบนี้ค่ะดูออกว่าไม่ได้ถูมาแน่นอนวันนั้น เพราะตั้งแต่ลานจอดรถจนถึงทางขึ้นโรงแรมเป็นปูนหมดค่ะไม่น่ามีฝุ่นเยอะขนาดนั้นนอกจากว่าจะไม่ได้ทำเลย หรือมองอีกสาเหตุคือโรงเเรมอาจจะกำลังรีโนเวทถ้าผิดพลาดยังไงก็ขอโทษทางโรงแรมไว้ ณ โอกาส นี้ด้วยนะคะ ส่วนตัวไม่ประทับใจแม่บ้านค่ะ แต่ห้องสวยค่ะห้องสะอาดดีการตกแต่งดีหมดค่ะ(เสียดายไม่มีภาพประกอบเพราะหอบของรุงรังมากค่ะ)

The host chases the guest indirectly. We played in the water with the children and complained to play quietly. The set was rented, the pool cost was paid and still followed. The pool is not a library. Worst service Act like we go begging Both the payment for the stay and the room is dirty, don't mind the details of keeping the bathroom clean. The host is also petty. Coffee and bread are 50 baht per set. Normally, guests are free. But when we are not satisfied, we do this If anyone wants to stay, then rest We will never stay again.

Booked and then made a difficult call. Wait until the mosquito bites to answer the call. Not even an apology. Accepting that a good room, good atmosphere, improve staff and booking system should be another very good hotel.
