We reserve the room through the agent 1 day before check in. We entered to confirm the room. The accommodation owner said that the room is full. Which way you book through, we took the booking email for reservation and said that there are no reservations. The host does not check first. But confirmed that there were no reservations and said that other people who booked through the agents who stayed here were often like this Meaning that I have already booked and arrive without accommodation Said that we were hit by a rogue website Said that many customers have We have contacted the staff. When the staff asked to talk to the host After a while the words changed easily. So we asked if it was ok to reserve a room. Which the host says says they can stay But will go to share with other customers He said that he worked hard to solve the situation. We are not very OK. We reserve a room. We should get a room according to the price we booked. But he said it was full And then go to sleep in a room that we haven't reserved Finally, we were angry about allowing us to stay in the room we booked. Like this, the owner of the room is doing this bad behavior Since booking the room, I have just met like this.
