I had a fantastic stay at TJ Patong Hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Patong Beach, Bangla Road, and plenty of restaurants and shops, yet the hotel is tucked away enough to feel quiet and peaceful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed — good air-conditioning, a comfy bed, and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

There was food left in the fridge. The room and the staircase smelled musty. The chair was broken and the room looked shabby.

ไม่มีพนักงานหน้าฟร้อนโทรไปครั้งแรกไม่รับสาย นึกว่าต้องเสียค่าห้องฟรีๆแล้ว ที่จอดรถข้างๆไม่มีต้องหาที่จอดรถไกลมาก บอกพนง.จะไปหาที่จอดรถ พนง.วางกุญแจไว้ในตระกร้า ในสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกบอกว่ามีลิฟท์ แต่อันที่จริงไม่มีลิฟท์ต้องเดินขึ้นชั้น 4 พนักให้กุญแจผิดดอกต้องยืนรอหน้าห้องครึ่งชม.กว่าจะเอากุญแจมาไขให้ ขอโทษลูกค้าสักคำก็ไม่มี ยืนรอหน้าห้องร้อนมาก เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นพังขนาดปิดยังร้อนมาก ร้อนยันที่ฉีดก้น แอร์สกปรกมากไม่เย็นเลย ต้องล้างตะแกรงแอร์ก่อนอีก อ่างน้ำวนก็พังเปิดน้ำวนไม่ได้ สายไฟหลังอ่างระโยงระยางไม่รู้ว่าไฟจะช๊อตมั้ย แย่มากค่ะ
