Here people are very friendly and polite, room rates are okay, rooms are clean. However, going into the road is a bit deep and dark, the sewer system in the hotel is a bit smelly!! A big plus is getting a massage in the room at a cheap price, after the massage is done, sleep, the massage staff is very cute, they do it no matter how late they are. The room space was very small for 4 persons, so difficult to move around. Moreover, there were a termites nest in the wall beside my bed, luckily we are all safe. You should be handled it quickly before spreading and might make other people affected.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is actually quite strategic, though it’s tucked a little inside a small alley. But once you’re there, you’ll find that the area around the hotel is peaceful and away from the noisy main streets, which is perfect if you’re looking for some quiet rest. The staff were very friendly and always available 24 hours, which made check-in and any requests super smooth. The room was clean and odor-free, and the Wi-Fi worked really well, which I appreciate as someone who needs to stay connected. One unique feature I found was the massage service available right in the lobby, which is super convenient after a long day out. There’s also a buggy service to help you get in and out of the alley, though keep in mind it’s not available 24/7. The hotel also has a lift, so no worries if you have luggage or don’t want to deal with stairs. The only downside is that the room felt a bit small, and since it’s located inside a small lane, you’ll need to walk a little to reach the main road.

The standard stay experience is just fine. For access, it can be said to be close, but a bit at the end of the alley again. Some places have to be reached further, especially when it rains, it is very difficult and the roads are not friendly to pass. For the hotel room, we are a family traveler, but the room in the description is 29m, I don't think it's that big. Very narrow, for 4 adults. Not to mention at night, the sound from the next room can be heard up to our room, it seems that the walls of our room and the next room are very thin. So are the sounds around the environment. Well, so far our experience is just standard. Thank you

The staff was friendly: men, who took my bag from the taxi, escorted me to the front desk. Buggy time until 5/8pm. Hope buggy until 23.00 or more. Exactly I need the buggy till midnight that's why I want to stay here. The room is clean. Refueling water available.

Location: I rate the location here as not bad, the location is near Pratunam market (5 minutes walk), the market has many entertainment and dining areas suitable for starting your vacation. Transportation: If you need to go far, you can consider Grab/Bolt (the alley is not too small, 5-7 seater cars can still enter) or walk 10 minutes to BTS Phaya Thay (cheap and very fast, convenient, but it is a bit sunny). The waiting time for technology cars depends on the general traffic situation, not just in this area. The hotel supports cars to take guests to the pick-up point more easily :) very nice. Service: The staff is polite, friendly, open and ready to support guests I did not order massage, breakfast, laundry services of the hotel so I do not review. Space: I stayed in a double room - Twince Queen bed for 5 days. Comfortable room, not too big but clean, full of basic amenities, cleaned daily. Elevator available.

The hotel's location is undeniably convenient, but that's where the positives end. If you're expecting genuine hospitality, you might want to look elsewhere. While the staff can be helpful, it often felt like I had to push and confront them before receiving any assistance. Unfortunately, every concern I raised was met with defensiveness rather than understanding. The most unacceptable part of my stay was the hygiene—sharing a bed with cockroaches and flies is something no guest should ever have to experience. It's hard to imagine what else might've been lurking. This could have been a decent stay if only the basics—cleanliness and customer care—were treated as priorities.
