สะอาด ตรงปก แสงสว่างในห้องดี ห้องกว้าง ราคาเหมาะสม ห้องน้ำดี กุญแจคีย์การด์ เงียบเพราะอยู่ในซอย แต่ไม่ลึกมากจากถนนหลัก ประมาณ 100 เมตร มีลิฟต์
