Outstanding for the hotel services as I extended my stay to another 7 days. All the staffs are well trained & polite. They extend help wherever they can. The rooms are clean, satisfactory. The cleaners are helpful when you need extra toiletry items. Wonderful to stay over and coming back on 20 to 21 March before leaving for airport on 22 March. The staffs like Mr. Apicha (Supervisor) & Miss Junharat are outstanding in their services.

Our flight was delayed so we had to checked in late. I just messaged their Facebook page to inform them of our case and they were very responsive and helpful. We were able to check in without hassle. Room service was also done everyday so we always go back to a clean room after touring the whole day. The location is also near the BTS Sanam Pao station and a convenience store. We had no trouble going to places since it’s very accessible and walking distance to the train station. We will definitely book here again if we go back to Bangkok.

Adequate and functional clean rooms. Terrible breakfast. Undrinkable coffee. Juice was just water sugar and coloring. Everything was the cheapest lowest quality. When booking don't take the breakfast package. Go to a Cafe outside. Lots of great options.

Excellent location! 1 minute walk to Sanam Pao BTS station. Staff are very friendly. However, the toilet is situated in very odd position in the bathroom, you need to watch out when you do your thing lol. Also the shower has some water stains it looked dirty.
