Service was amazing and Kate was awsome .

Very easy check in and check out. Very modern design, waste management and grounds services very good. My Unit had BBQ pit. Pool well maintained, good internet service. Beds very comfortable. Nice kitchen and Restrooms.

Private, quiet, friendly staff. House is in good condition but a towel is a little old. Make sure to bring your own. Good overall.

Don't be fool by the photos. It looked nothing like it. But the housr was Spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. It took several calls to call them. So no, they're not available to help you 24/7. Why I'm very disappointed. The pool is not clean. We can see the oils in the pool during broad daylight. Hot tub did not work. Hot tub was disgusting, not clean. Upstiars have no hot water for showing. I had to shower downstairs, in my brother's room bathroom because his was the only one with hot water. And there were 12 of us. Hot water ran out so quick. It's a nice place for partying, but for a vacation where you want to relax, then no. It's inconvenient, location is out of nowhere. The view you're going to get is trash. People trash the outskirt of that place. You're better off at a hotel. I don't recommend.

It was so ridiculous. When we were swimming in the pool, the cleaner just open our door and didn’t press any bell. After that just take the hose come to our house and pass the swimming pool to take the water. It’s so dirty. My kids was still swimming in the swimming pool. The jacuzzi just have the cold water? Really? I can’t believe it. However, I find a hair on top of the bed after I check in. I don’t know are they change the bed sheet after guest check out.The most disgusting thing is when I went to the bathroom, have a cockroach inside!!!!!!!! I will never and never blacklist this villa and told my friend must not choose this villa anymore.

The condition of the property was poor. Furniture was old and in some cases broken. Lost water for a while. Paint was old and walls dirty.

Bed is so comfortable. Pool and villa are clean. Awesome trip. Will stay again. Staff were very friendly. The entire villa was pretty clean all around. Great value for your money. Will stay again.

Cutting it short here, we booked 3 villas, asked to be side by side, in the end we were all spread out - so I thought alright that’s fine. Expecting at least one to be the same in the photos here but all of the villas have completely different layout, so you can imagine... Cleanliness, it’s below par especially for 2 villas’ outdoor pool - my one especially, we had the trash collection point just outside - can’t even swim without smelling the trash constantly (FYI it was for my bachelor party). Kitchen... and the yellowish towels... Service & costs, it costs to have new towels on the next day, it costs to have new bedsheets, it costs to have housekeeping, let alone every piece you see in the other reviews and stuff. Travel a lot but the costs for this villa as least should meet the average, pretty disappointing. Location is ok, pretty near where the attractions are. But that’s all... nothing else to comment.

Great pool villa would recommend went with a group of friends good location, staff really friendly and would definitely go again. Highly recommend this one!!! Thanks to all the wonderful staff who have made this trip one to remember. Super pool villa!

Why do I need to write a bit more for an optional review?

Location is not convenient ,cos need to take Tuktuk from villa's office to the villa,it takes about 10mins.

was horrible... showers leaked.. out of the way.. rude staff... no tv in one of the bed rooms.. no wifi .. no restaurant on property.... and unit was dirty... Staff rude and unhelpful.. the pictures on line do not represent the 2 bed room villa.. DO NO STAY HERE... and its off the main road... in bad area that looks unsafe.. i was to stay 9 nights.. left after 2.. They refuse to talk to me about refund..Hotel.com is working with me...I REPEAT.. DO NOT STAY HERE.. YOU WILL REGRET IT

I am a frequesnt traveller to Thailand and have stayed in many 5 and 4 star hotels this was the worst experience ever. The villa is no where near 4/5 star I would say its 2 star. Villa had many issues which were reported from day 1 and although we have reminded the hotel many times the issues were not solved till the day of check out. The villa was not equipped with phone, wifi not working, many lights not functioning properly, safety box not working and cleaning service the worst seen in my life!!!

The gate broke down on the first day, called the management and that stupid boss picked up the phone with an agnorant attitude, no one arrived. Called them the next morning and finally someone answered, tooked them an hour to come and couldnt fix the gate, they left after 15 mins not able to fix the gate and said they will come back later. we waited for 3 hours and called management again, finally they sent a real engineer to fix. on.the third day, the gate broke down again, we went out and called the management to fix, when we came back, the remote didnt work AGAIN, and we had to wait for another hour outside the villa. Simply REDICULOUS. the location was not convenient at all, to walk to the beach took 20mins and no taxi could be found nearby. we had to take photos of neraby facilities i.e. the ATV, so taxi drivers at least knew where to find our villa, as it had no "official" address, just some unknown number in an unknown road. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful, however we are very dissapointed in the attitude of the owner and THE STUPID GATE FOR BREAKING DOWN 3 DAYS OUT OF 4 DAYS of our stay. we had a can of coke mysteriously consumed from our mini bar, and the we had to call for water every single morning(except the day we checked out)

Сustomer service was great. Perfect English, as no often find in Tailand. When we came to the office for us were prepared the best service what ever I saw before. Villa was amaizing, I like minibar and delivery menu what I saw on the villa.

Woke up to yummy breakfast after party is awesome. Very good breakfast. Love everything here. Very functional villa. Perfect pool and jacuzzi

My experience was AWFUL.First it is centrally located in the middle of nowhere. The room was nothing like the pics on the website.I will never stay there again,it was so bad, I left after the first night and still have yet to get a refund of any sort. There are far better places to stay in Jomptien, I really regret staying and will never do it again.
