Wonderful experience! Was able to early check in at 1pm, quick process and staff was fluent in english. Room is clean, dressing table complete with makeup mirror and hair dryer. Breakfast had a lot of menus from a lot of cultures from thai, viet, to indian so we had a lot to try. Caddy was also available to take us anywhere near the hotel. Overall we couldn’t ask more!

The staff (especially the bell boys and buggy car driver) are veryyyyy fast response. The bell boy uniform is very cute. I like it. The amenities are complete. The soap, shampoo, lotion, hand wash smell so good. Closes to big seven eleven. Free photo shoot and thai traditional costume rent but it already full booked so I didn't try it. Bfast oke Supper oke Free 4 water bottle

Location very nice near walking distance to platinum mall, central world and more. Buggy service also very timely and friendly. Although now a bit jam due to construction, but overall still acceptable. Recommended.

A very nice stay! Highly recommended! The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious, and clean. They offer free Thai costume photography. Bookings are required two days in advance as the hotel is always busy. There's also a free dinner from 9-11 pm. Buggy service offers 24-hour drop-off and pick-up. I will stay here again. Thanks.
