This time, booking through the app, two rooms, staying in room 209, friends staying in 205, encountered the same problem. Arrived at the hotel, the staff didn't care at all, just stood looking and let them carry their bags themselves. The room was a lot of mosquitoes, had a musty smell, the wardrobe was very smelly. Turn on the hot water in the bathroom. Hot and cold water Reserve a single bed, get a double bed. Notify the staff to change the room. The staff told me to pay an additional 1000 baht per room, the receipt was not given. ...not happy

Travel with family The hotel has been opened a long time ago. The room will have an old style. When I first entered the room, there was a little cigarette smell. The waiter carried the bag, but didn't go to deodorize anything. The equipment in the room is damaged, but still works, such as a hair dryer in the bathroom, the bolts come off. Slow drain basin The kitchen is not open. Unable to order food Have to find outside Get a poolside room, get 102 rooms wide, large bathroom has a bathtub with the door, the bathroom can not be locked The parking is a bit too narrow.

Good service, good staff, but not clean at all Liquid soap is not added. Shampoo is attached to the bottom of the press. There is no filling, just food. The coffee on the room is like not laying the stack, the mattress looks sticky

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very nice with enough choice to satisfy all nationalities. When reading the reviews before booking this hotel there were several reviews saying the swimming pools were dirty, however I found them both clean and inviting and the pool on the roof was very private and not overlooked. For the price I cannot fault this hotel and will use it again if I find myself in Hua Hin once more.

Guests Junior Suites feature a spacious bathroom, air takes longer to cool. Comfy couch But with bedding, towels look old to me. Parking is a bit cramped Pool not look much cleaner. Breakfast tastes good But be filled very slowly Maybe it's because a lot of clients do not have a glass of water then was added to the staff, customers have to wait very long.
