The receptionist is helpful. There is free coffee and cocoa. There is a set breakfast to choose from. There are fruits and rice porridge as free gifts. The room is clean and spacious. There is a safe and a hot water kettle in the room. There is limited parking space. You have to park on the side of the road. Overall, I am impressed.

The room is very narrow but suitable for the price. Book through the hotel for 550 baht including breakfast. But booking through the app is less than 520 baht, a little cheaper. But it's worth it. This price can get breakfast with 2 people. Breakfast is normal. Porridge, bread, tea, coffee, fruit are good value. The location is close to the Chiang Mai Exhibition Center (Department of Consular Affairs makes passports and legal documents certified here).
