Nice tourist street this hotel is in and at, many good tourist shops, amenities, pubs, restaurants but, 7 - 11 5 mins walk away. Have small cozy clean rooms and lap pool, and internal restaurant cafe thyme but lousy English speaking staff, reception not 24 hours as advertised so after 7-9pm evening, no check ins and no room and emergency services, no hotel gate and security, reception staff busy with Internet games and Facebook, not hospitable or care to smile, bad customer skills, English communication minimalist.. Same with house keeping staff. Back to the room info analysis , hot water not hot at maximum, no clothes towels hangers hooks, no clothes cabinet, no window mosquito nets, safe box not grounded or wall mounted so any thief can carry away safe box, 24sqm room as advertised dubious unless includes front room porch, one room card per room only, automatic room door closure after 3 seconds so must be careful you don't get locked out of your own room haha, weird room smells, toilet no bad airs suction fan Plus points 1. Great tourist location, 3 mins to pai walking shopping street 2. Affordable price range

Very cozy chalet style setting with good garden surrounding. Toilet was very well done. Place still undergoing renovation. Music from a nearby pub can be heard clearly, lucky thing it stopped at 12.00midnight.
