The Ideal Loft

Great property for a good neighborhood feel. Dining below is excellent!! Other small shops nearby and two other bars.

Do not stay at this property. Five taxis at the airport refused to take me. I had to rebook somewhere else. I tried to connect to airport wifi in order to try to find a phone number and could not find one in any of my documentation. I can't imagine staying at a place that five taxi drivers would not go to, even after I mentioned the restaurant that it is above. I was refused a refund and out a huge chunk of $$$. They made it my fault. If you are not renting your own car and cannot drive yourself there, don't book it.

Very unsafe area

Never got to get in. You have to call to access the property and no one answered the phone. Had to end up having to find another hotel last minute. Requested a refund which they granted. Still waiting for it.

It’s on top of the restaurant Tasty Caribbean Bites . Popular with the locals. So it’s very busy . Food is amazing . Room is clean and the staff are very hospitable. When staying here you will need to get a car rental to get around . Beach 10-15 min away

The room itself was as pictured. The location wasn’t near any tourist activities. You would need a car rental or spend money for taxi service. The people were pleasant. Didn’t have many towels or change of linens in the room.

This location is a bit too far from the town if you don’t have a car, but the owner was very kind and gave me a lift!

The property was clean and recently renovated. It is also located next to the local restaurant. People around were really friendly. All other things were bad: I was not provided the exact address of this place, and nobody around knew, what "The Ideal Loft" is. In the email from the owner I was advised to go to restaurant "Tasty Caribian Delights" and ask for a certain person. Eventually, it worked out fine, and we found the place. The problem was, that this apartment was far, far away from downtown, and there was no public transportation around. You even could not get taxi, they were not running in this area. As a result, we spent to much time and money for transportation. It is no good, when you are staying in Bahamas just for a few days. Additionally, the property did not have any place to place, hang your cloth.

This place was perfect! So nice and updated inside and very clean! I will definitely be staying again!

The ad for the property suggests it is located central to downtown and other things that visitors want to visit. It is not at all. It is a minimum $25 cab ride away from downtown or the beach. The space itself is nice but the advertisement false.

It was a great property very clean and well lit would recommend this to anyone visiting the bahamas

I WAS THERE 2/14/2020-2/17/2020 AND THE ROOM ITSELF WAS CLEAN HOWEVER, THERE TROUBLE WITH ANTS, THERE WAS NO COFFEE CUPS OR ANYTHING TO DRINK OUT OF, THE AREA WAS HORRIBLE IT SMELLED LIKE DEAD MEAT. NO ONE CAME TO CLEAN THE PLACE AT ALL WHILE I WAS THERE. WHEN I CHECKED IN I WAS TOLD TO WAIT AND SOMEONE WILL COME TO HELP ME, I WAITED ALMOST AN HOUR BEFORE ANYONE CAME OUT THE BACK OF THE RESTAURANT WHICH WAS THE POINT OF CONTACT. THE SET UP ALTOGETHER WAS BELOW STANDARDS. THE ROOM LOOKED JUST AS IT DID IN THE PICTURE.

Well the property was for my niece..she loved it great hosts , location, amenities, super clean, loved the snacks, great extra perk, she would love to definitely stay there again.
