My recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Trinidad was truly exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful ,modern, clean, and perfectly located with stunning waterfront views that made every morning feel special.
My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the rooftop infinity pool,it was the perfect place to unwind and take in the gorgeous scenery. Dining at the hotel was another highlight; the food was delicious, and the staff made every meal feel like an experience.
What really stood out, though, was the genuine hospitality. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Trinidad. While the experience started off with a few disappointments, several staff members helped turn things around.
I booked a Gulf view room, which was a key reason for choosing the hotel. Unfortunately, the window was so clouded with lime scale that the view was mostly blocked—definitely not what I expected after paying a premium.
The first morning at breakfast was also underwhelming due to a rather dismissive interaction with the host, Rennisha. However, I want to sincerely thank Angelique, one of the restaurant managers, who handled the situation with care and professionalism. She made sure my next meals were excellent—both in service and food quality.
A big shout-out as well to the bar staff—Marcus, Reynold, and another team member whose name I didn’t catch. They were welcoming, skilled, and made my evenings at the hotel enjoyable with great service and cocktails.
The breakfast buffet itself was a highlight: fresh, varied, and beautifully presented.
In the end, despite a rough start, the outstanding efforts from a few team members made my stay much more enjoyable. Their dedication to guest satisfaction really stood out.
