We spent the last few days of 2024 till the new year’s eve at this hotel. It was the best experience ever as a family. The kids enjoyed the pool, the food was excellent and the customers service was above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. Thank you and please continue the great hospitality.

Thank you to the amazing stuff very professional The hotel was very good and we did enjoyed it even my kids. The only think to improve is the air conditioner. It was ok but not cold enough to fresh the big room. Regards and i will come again

Hotel is nice great room great food spa and pool amazing would definitely recommend 👍 one down side is I had to pay full tax but I am a Tunisian and don’t have to pay full tax, receptionist didn’t understand and charged me full tax anyway

Decent hotel. Undergoing renovations. Rooms are clean. Food is good. Kids indoor pool in winter is excellent. Staff are polite and helpful. We used this place as a stop to get on a winter sahara trip but the area, Jasmine, is lifeless and boring as hell. Its a compound of huge hotels and nothing else. Only massive hotels for miles. You have to take a taxi 20mins before you see any authentic Tunisia.

What an interesting place! When we stayed there most of the other guests were Russian or French. In addition, there is a nursing home of sorts on the 1st floor (not the ground level). The buffet (if you go full board) is WILD (meaning very busy during meal hours). But the food is pretty standard for a buffet. There is a big division between people who had a more all-inclusive option and got red wristbands. Despite asking a few times we could not figure out how to get into this all-inclusive group. But if you can figure out how to get the full all-inclusive option (with the red wristband) this hotel is wayyy nicer since drinks and wait service at dinner were included. Full board DOES NOT include drinks, alcoholic beverages, or water. In addition, like other hotels in Hammamet, you must give a deposit to have use of a pool/beach towel. The wifi does not really work and the hotel could do a much better job of cleaning the beach (finding a baby's diaper in the surf is a common occurrence).
