Beautiful room, and easy to find. The staff speak English and are very helpful. Good price for restaurant in this hotel and good food. Very welcoming for a family of four. Showers are hot and TV works great for a one night stay. Plentiful breakfast with many available options. Awesome!

We reserved an accessible room due to special needs, but what we were given was extremely small and completely inadequate. The bathroom was unusable for anyone with mobility challenges — a major issue for a room advertised as accessible. It was clear that accessibility was not genuinely considered. I do not recommend staying at Marigold Hotel if you require accessible accommodations. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

The internet kept cutting out every 30 seconds, leading to a frustrating experience. My room had no towels and i had to go down twice to ask for them. The phone in the room is decoration, they dont pur the reception number. When I walked into the shower, the shower water wasnt working. It was leaking behind the wall and from the plumbing/sewer hole in the floor. Id personally ask for a refund but im just happy it was one day. Definitely not a 4 star or even close to 4 star hotel.

Good hotel. But i wish the reception would answer calls for guests staying at hotel. Tried so many times to ring my father who was staying there. Either no answer or put you on hold. The request for constant tipping also a little frustrating and not right.
