Excellent séjour comme toujours!

The hotel is poorly maintained and run down. While the front desk staff were courteous, they ignored all my service requests. The food was not good. When I checked into my room, the patio sliding door could not close, and even after I personally went to the front desk to request a repair, nothing was done. The room phone also did not work, and despite informing the front desk again, my request was ignored. Overall, it was a disappointing stay

A festive, fun and resourceful stay :) even better than last year

Super séjour dans un cadre agréable.chambre spacieuse au calme .la restauration est de très grande qualités et variées .de nombreuses animations tous au long de la journée.un spa avec des masseuses très agréable.la piscine intérieure est grande et bien chauffée.en bord de plage et près d un lagon avec bcp d oiseaux.

Wonderful hotel with great food, staff and amnesties. We stayed for 4 nights and wish we could stay longer.

The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Kudos especially to our "personal" waiter, Sammy who made sure our table was resdy each evening and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. This was our second visit to Seabel Rym Beach, and we have not been disappointed at all. Check in was a bit tedious as our request for accessible/disabled rooms was not noted, but the hotel was quick to remedy and the following day we were moved to the correct rooms. The menu was varied each night and while breakfast was a bit mundane, our chef at the omelet station was on point and had my omelet and fresh fried beignette ready as soo as i arrived. Sadly he was not working on mu last day so that i could reward his service properly. The pool is wonderful, and while the fight for lounge chairs was tedious, the sun and coll waters made up for it.

Great over all experience

Recently I spent five days at the Seable Hotel with my wife, brother, and niece. We booked three rooms: two through Expedia and one directly on the Seable website. While the two Expedia reservations were confirmed as double occupancy, one room turned out to be a single. There was also a minor issue with the direct reservation. Despite paying for my niece's room in full with my credit card during booking, a "no pay" note was left there. This caused some initial awkwardness, as my brother and niece were my guests on this trip. Despite these initial issues, I was very impressed with the professionalism and understanding of the staff. Once I explained the situation, they addressed it promptly. Overall, the Seable Hotel is a wonderful resort for a relaxing getaway. Having traveled extensively, I can confidently say it was one of my best stays. The resort offers a simple charm, with a focus on cleanliness, delicious food, generous drinks, and amazingly friendly and professional staff. Since I enjoyed my stay and plan to return, I'd like to offer some constructive feedback on two minor points: 1. Housekeeping Schedule: The timing of cleaning activities in some areas seems inconvenient. Specifically, mopping large amounts of water near the breakfast area at 8:00 AM creates an obstacle for guests, particularly elderly patrons. 2. Guest Recognition: As a Tunisian living in the US for over 40 years, I noticed a lack of equal treatment for local guests on a few occasions. I experienced s

very welcoming and helpful staff. Great pool and beach. Decent foods and drinks. Apart from the Tunesian wines which are free but mediocre at best.
