They over few parking space, make sure you call in advance to reserve the spot. The room on the 1st floor ( second floor actually) are non-smoking rooms. We requested upon arrival and they change the room to non smoking for us. The staffs/ concierges are very professional and giving you immediate response when asking. Sound proofing can be better.

Great experience staying at the Yukselhan Hotel. Google Translate helped a lot with communication back and forth with the staff. We were there for two weeks for a work trip, and start to finish the staff was very friendly and helpful. While they only have a few parking places, parking was never an issue because we simply gave our keys to whoever was at the front desk and they took care of it. Basically valet parking. Clean rooms, and a good variety for breakfast every day: eggs of some sort, sausage, lots of choices of cheeses and olives, cereal, yogurt, and more. Available 7-10, so it fit our schedule well. Tea was a staple at breakfast. The only coffee option was instant at breakfast. However, the friendly staff was always willing to make a fresh Turkish coffee at the coffee and tea bar upstairs. No charge. We had a lot of Turkish coffees and teas in those two weeks, and the staff would bring them with a smile even if we hadn't asked. Excellent service. So in summary: clean rooms, good breakfast, tea and coffee any time of day, fast wifi, easy parking, and the friendliest and most welcoming staff you will find. I would definitely recommend the Yukselhan hotel.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The noise from neighboring rooms was constant, making it difficult to rest. The cleanliness was also lacking—my room did not feel properly cleaned, and there was a strong smell of tobacco or cigarettes, which was very unpleasant. Overall, the experience was far from comfortable, and I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

Good place to stay in Adana. Close to the main shopping and entertainment areas and also the railway station. Breakfast was fine, good cleaning of room and pleasant place. Only issue was poor internet but this is a problem all over Turkey.

This is my 5th stay at this hotel. I am very pleased with it and everything is fine. Staff are very friendly and much helpful especially Ahmet. Breakfast is very basic, it can be improved. I messaged the hotel asking for an early check in and they were very helpful, yet the early check in cost me 70 TL whereby last year it was offered for free. But it was a good deal considering I only stayed for 2 nights.Manager is very friendly and walked us to the car checking if everything was OK with our trip. The street which the hotel is situated in is very calm and the neighborhood is very nice and close to the airport and city center (12 mins to airport and 8 mins to city center by car). Free valet is and bell boy are offered 24/7. I will stay here again whenever I go back to Adana

The hotel it self is amazing compared to the price, I strongly recommend. Breakfast is good, can be little bit richer. The room is great, (Single is small, yet the management directly changed it to a bigger one when I asked without hesitation). Staff is amazing and very helpful especially Ahmet. They let me keep my stuff in the hotel for 3 days while I was traveling to Istanbul. Moreover, they gave me free early check in at 8 am without any charge and also offered me free breakfast on that day. Only downside that both our rooms had cigarettes buds in the bathroom and the smoke smell was little strong but the manager apologized and they are working on the issue which was taken very seriously, this happens in all hotels. This is my 3rd stay in this hotel and I will definitely come back here again. Highly recommended

Hotel is amazing. Everything is greate, the hotel is a 3 star but it looks like 4. Staff is great and very friendly. Rooms are great and spacious and bathroom is very big. Valet parking is for free and very welcoming. This is my 2nd time here and i will definetly come back again next year

Hotel was good overall, great for the price we paid. The room was not cleaned when we arrived and the internet did not work for the whole 3 days we stayed in, so if ur depending on that u might try another hotel. Bed was hard, i had trouble sleeping. Staff spoke no english at all except for one guy who is in night shift and is very friendly and helpful. We arrived late afternoon and all exchange offices were closed, we had to exchange some money in the hotel and it was a rip off. Parking is valet always which eases ur trip. Tv all in turkish. Manager helped us with information about shops and recreation facilities in other hotels since they dont have.
