Have stayed 5 times before always been a high class hotel with excellent food even stayed in covid and was satisfied. It this time restaurant menu poor and breakfast even worse not the classy place it used to be. Asked for other items in restaurant with no joy couldn’t even do a chicken breast for us just thighs!!! Sorry place now won’t stay again ended up eating in a fast food place at the shopping centre further down the road.

Very limited options in dinner, breakfast was very bad, order for an omllet but not receive even after 20 min, at last I have to come with omelet, this is happen even I and 5 other people having breakfast. AC was not working at all. Altogether it was a terrible stay

It was very good our real problem in the room was because the central air conditioner was working only in hot mode, knowing that room was really hut since we checked in, Resturante staff are very kind, friendly and proficient . Thanks and I will recommend hotel to all my friends

Be better if you speak Turkish ,language was a big challenge Ordered wine by pointing to one of the bottles on the display but told I couldn’t buy it because it’s not in their computer. No wine list so had to point to what they had and then couldn’t buy it.

This property is not as advertised and the reviews are out of date. Online refers to “5 star” and I’m not sure how. The AC doesn’t work throughout the entire building and when asked the response was “open your window”. To which we did to loud barking dogs all night across the street. Thermometer registered 31C in our room. The outdoor pool was completely green and unusable. The rooftop lounge wasn’t open. Non smoking rooms stunk of cigarettes and had ashtrays. It was hard to get service in the restaurant even for a bottle of wine. The list goes on. Hate to leave such a negative review but people should be aware. Would highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Avoid staying at this hotel, FAKE. 5 stars- sooo old, bed was so terrible, A/C wasn’t working well..

Nice lobby and sitting area. Nice restaurant overlooking the pool. Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. However, cleanliness of the dining room carpet and table bases was dirty, dusty and contained the remains of spilt food. It was necessary for us to order a room service meal from the a-la-carte men. However, my first and second choices were not available and there was no vegetarian meal for my wife. Extremely disappointing. However, the staff were good enough to allow us an extra hour for check-out as my wife was not well.

Expedia let you know there’s construction going on - but what they don’t tell you is that some of the rooms are also under construction. I guess I got that room. The floor where tell you’re to find the pool/gym looks like some kind of blown out bomb shelter. The pool area is disgusting and nothing like what it looks like in the pictures, the water is cloudy - which means it’s not cleaned properly. There were several grease stains on the concrete around the pool and the chairs are cheap broken pieces of plastic. The service was exceptionally slow not to mention my room was at a consistent 75°. I had to call downstairs to have a technician come up twice, and even once they “fixed” the problem the room still never got cool. When I asked about getting a new room I was told the hotel was completely booked and there was nothing they could do. There were visible dirt and marks in the ceiling where the vent was, which means the filter hadn’t been changed or cleaned in months. The drapes were hanging half off the window so I had to stand on a table to try and pull the drapes up so no one could see in my room. The room smelled of cigarettes so even though I had a non-smoking room - it was definitely not non-smoking m. I’m guessing this the best of the worst hotels in this area, give there isn’t much around.

Overall unique experience but would not visit in the future as it is not up to standards.
