Staff where excellent,in and all around the hotel.

Very nıce otel and also very clean Otel manager Mıss Çiğdem managed and gıve excellent hospitality

The staff at reception tried to take £1275.63 from my credit card instead of a payment of around £130 for 2 nights I got a text from my credit card company saying have i organised a payment from hotel of £1275.63 i replayed NO which then my credit card was Blocked Then spent next 5 hours trying to sort problem to no avail Staff not interested and said could not help Me and my wife spent £50 trying to ring UK to sort problem out to no avail This left us in a mess even management not interested

Very close to motorway which is a very good thing:)

The rooms heating system is central. As it was Spring time, heating was still on. Rooms too hot. Too many cats are in Breakfast room. Street cats should not be allowed into indoor area, breakfast rooms or where food is served.

The hotel is old and room ac doesn't work good. When the floor is wet it's pretty slippery. Staff is good. Pillows are under mediocre. Overall below average and overrated.

Air conditioning was horrible. It smell like dust. Room was hot. Bathroom very dirty.

nice place for stay during business trip. there is only one minus - low speed and unstable internet connection

Just next to train station. Noisy. Not like other hotels of this chain.

It was very good location and condition hotel of town Cigli ... Hotel was clean and comfortable.. Breakfast was nice.. Also spa section was good... Thanks..

It was great time for me to stay...

Enjoyed my stay as it was a business trip; however, I wouldn't stay here if it was for leisure. Nice swimming pool, sauna, steam room and haman (turkish bath). Spacious room! Could be noisy if your room is facing the street (highway). However, I was happy with my stay here.

Dear, It's already for the third time that I stauy at the Hotel. Isolation against neighbour noise is less.Staff is friendly.But, I should it appriciate if I do my next reservation that I receive the currency in Euro? Also some negative issue from Hotel.com,credit card is only for warranty and payment has to be done as by other hotel bookings. rgds

Clean hotel, comfortable. Not close to airport. They advertise a shuttle service. Email address bounced back day before arrival, so to order a place on the bus for my friend arriving that day, I phoned. I was told I needed to order the day before. I gently persisted, explaining their email problem. Surely a shuttle is regularly traveling? Apparently not. I was then told there is no shuttle scheduled (10am on a Saturday!) I asked them to provide this advertised service and wouldn't provide a taxi. I asked to speak to a manager. No one was available. No one could instruct the shuttle to be available with 90 mins warning. Because it is clearly scheduled on their website and that you need to book in advance (I couldn't find this info), they would not arrange a shuttle. I arrived at hotel to meet my friend who was 2 hrs late. A shuttle arrived twice in that time. Taxi cost 68 TL approx £22. BOOKING IN was slow, within correct details printed out for me to sign. Keys both stopped working simultaneously on the afternoon of day two. Minor inconvenience. NOISE. Saturday night wedding with drumming are not what you want for an early night to beat jetlag. BREAKFAST SERVICE. Drinks come if you are lucky. I'm easily pleased and rarely complain but the inflexibility to provide a key service (airport shuttle) and the inability of disempowered staff to solve it, made for a disappointing stay before I had arrived.

Everything was great I will come back again Specially waiters Mrs Gul very helpful and friendly

This hotel was terrible?Ac wasn t working room like sauna stuff were rude they made me embarrace to my guest pls think 10 times before you guys decide....

Çok eski bir otel bu fiyatı hiç haketmiyor.

Yeri o semtte işi olanlar için mükemmel..Ancak otelin odalarının ve banyosunun bakıma ihtiyacı var..Personel güleryüzlü ve ilgili..

Odamıza yerleşir yerleşmez tv den kaynaklı elektrik sıkıntısı oldu, kısa devre sonucu odanın elektriği kesildi ve odamızı hemen değiştirdiler. Kısa sürede odamız değişmiş olsa da elektrik aksamındaki sıkıntı rutin kontrollerin yapılmıyor olduğu hissi yarattı.
