Terrible experience. Angry employees, disgusting drinks. We stayed 4 nights in total but only did one time breakfast. Management must change

The hotel does not really worth to be 5 stars. It is 3 max. Food was okay but not the best. Communications and staff are horrible. The prices are high compared to the service. All in all, not recommended.

Easy access to the beach

During our stay at this hotel, we experienced several instances of what seemed to be discriminatory behavior from the staff. We are a married couple with a granddaughter, of Turkic ethnicity and Asian appearance. We were allocated a room with three single beds, despite having booked and paid for a room with a double and twin beds, and were informed that no rooms matching our request were available. The young man at the reception was somewhat curt and inattentive, frequently interrupting our conversation to address other guests. We ended up carrying our own luggage from the car to our room, as our request for assistance was overlooked. Later, we observed that other guests of Caucasian descent were not only assisted with their luggage but were also escorted to their rooms. We also found out from the beach security guard that all guests should receive hotel wristbands, which we had not been given. On the third day, we visited the snack bar for ice cream. I noticed that some guests were being served chocolate ice cream, while others received jelly ice cream. When I requested chocolate ice cream, the bartender, Hussein, informed me that it was unavailable. However, the young woman working alongside him did serve us chocolate ice cream. The food selection is extensive, although some salads and meats did not seem very fresh. The air conditioning in the room worked well. The elevators were frequently busy, resulting in long waits. So given these experiences, we would not stay here

We arrived with my son to the Asia Resort at midnight on the 8th of July. After waiting for about an hour we were checked into the room, which was disgusting. The mirror and the air con screen were both broken, there were blood stains on the blanket and the sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed since the previous guest. The next day we asked for a change of rooms, and I’m glad they changed it. The next day we went for lunch, dinner and realised that the food there was uneatable. The poorest quality I’ve ever seen in Turkey. My son could only eat bread and butter there. I couldn’t even imagine to stay any longer there. I booked a different hotel and asked the management for a refund. While waiting at the reception I’ve heard that other guests were complaining about the service, and they told me that out of their big group, a few kids were taken to a hospital with foodpoisoning. During my stay I saw one ambulance as well. I told the management I want to leave and that I expected a refund… The next morning I woke up to my son vomiting. We rushed to the hospital, as the doctor at the hotel advised. I spent 500 euros on drips and we stayed there the whole day. I moved out from the hotel even though I had 5 nights remaining. Obviously no refund, despite talking to the management every day. I feel really sorry writing this review, as lots of nice people work there. However, avoid this place. Very nice hotel, especially if you need Alanya city center quite often. Of course this is not a 5 star one, 4 at best. Building is not old, room is quite nice. Mine was above an amphitheater so it was easy to watch evening show from the balcony. Food is fine, not super, but you can find what you need. Fish was 2 times a week, sushi once a week. You can always find chicken, fruits and veggies. I was alone, so didn’t spend time in the pool. And this would be quite a challenge, because pool is small and people probably book the spot with the towel from early morning. Kids pool is also small with same problem pf fitting folks around it. Lots of Russians and polish folks in there, so don’t expect good manners around. What really makes this hotel special is their pier! Species, beautiful, really the best in all Alanya (at least this cost of it). Drinks and snacks are served at the beach, which is very comfy.

The hotel is not exactly for five stars, but the staff is for 10. That is the size of this hotel. It has a good position by the beach

The staff were racist. We were on the private beach and were the only people that were asked to prove we were staying at the hotel as we were the only black people there. This was just one of many incidents.

First of all room #3010 Was unbelievable dirty I can’t even describe how dirty it was start from bed sheets if you don’t tip the housekeeping staff they won’t even touch the room . Start with second thing the bath room was mold all over the place shower door won’t even close from the dirty never experienced that before . The internet was sucks you . Un recommended don’t even waste your money on this resorts

Good stay. Excellent food and drink. Something available 24/7. Reception staff could be friendlier, and they hygiene is questionable. Plates were often dirty at the buffet and the communal toilets are absolutely filthy and reek of urine all day long. The reception staff insisted that a transport to gazipasa would cost 65 euros in a normal taxi and that I should pay them for an airport transfer 50 euros. But I got a taxi for 20% less as I suspected. No big deal but never great to miainform guests. They also seem to have a shortage of room keys so be careful not to lose yours. They will give you a new one but only begrudgingly. Late check out was promised but then they changed their mind on the day of check out and I had to make a fuss about it. Staff everywhere else were friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable enough. Spa great. All in all a lovely hotel just a shame about some of the reception staff and the hygiene standards.

The hotel is wonderful, the employees very helpful, daily and nightly activities, a pleasant atmosphere. We only had a problem at check out, we asked the receptionist to order us a VIP taxi, and he ordered us an ordinary transport. And the treatment of the receptionist was not pleasant, he did nothing to arrange the taxi that we needed. For everything else, the hotel is excellent.

Everything was trouble: quality of food and beverages, equipment of the rooms and public places, ... It is not all inclusive five stars -- it is "we did everything to get certified"...

The hotel was very clean with loads of amenities. It’s right by the beach.

This was the perfect place for me and my two young boys, one 6 and the other who is 2. Lots of activities and facilities for both adults and children. All the staff, especially the front desk staff were amazing. Very helpful and always offering help. Food could have been slightly better but I’m still very satisfied with the variety and quality. Everything was 10/10 for me. The only bad thing I can say is that I dislocated my shoulder whilst going for my last swim, the day before my flight. I also had a city tour booked for that day which I missed. Other than that my holiday with my family was amazing. My wife didn’t want to come back.

I loved the food! Some staff were very friendly It would have been better if the swimming and spa facilities were opened in the evening also
