Check in was fast. On our arrival the room was clean. The safe is easy to use. The breakfast buffet has large tables very comfy chairs. I chose Turkish simit, olives and Turkish cheeses. The hot drink machine was a reason I liked the buffet. My son chose hot food such as scrambled eggs and spinach. My daughter liked the pain au Chocolat. The hotel is amazingly situated for the metro , taxis and buses. We used the pool, sauna and Turkish steam room. All were working well and there is a relaxing atmosphere in this pool area. The room bathroom has been modernised recently. The shower in the room was hot and powerful. The TV had channels in several languages. The price of the hotel was very good value.

Hotel is clean, staff friendly. But there some shortcomings: - internet speed in the evenings is terrible, especially after 6pm - swimming pool requires swim hat and they sell it if you don’t have one )))) I don’t understand who takes swim hat while traveling. - considering condition of the building and rooms (require some maintenance), it’s overpriced.

This property is quite and dated. When we went to use the pool we were told it is closed on Sundays and that we needed to but a swim cap if we wanted to swim. Breakfast was okay. Great water presuure in the shower.

Location, comfortable and spacious rooms made this hotel a good choice and reasonable value for a business trip, but there were some disappointments. The air conditioning was not working all week I was there, which was in October while the temperatures were still too warm to be comfortable with the windows open at night. The hotel is on a very busy street, so open windows was also very noisy till very late. This took a lot of “likeability” away from the hotel and I probably would not select the hotel again when I next visit Istanbul.

If you have business in this part of Istanbul, 4th Levent, this is a fine hotel to use. The staff works very hard to make your stay a pleasant one. There are no nice views from any of the rooms. You just see more buildings. The bed is good, the desk for working is fine. Breakfast is fine. Parking is okay too. I didn't use any of their facilities so I can't say anything about those items. If you have business in the area you should be happy with this hotel.

Just checked out of Bilek Hotel İstanbul. The bathroom was leaking from the ceiling, the room is too noisy and full of cigarettes smoke from other rooms.. they refused to fixed it or change the room when we reported it. They insisted there was no available room to change.. To make matters worse, we found a bill of 375tl for the drink and snacks they provided in the fridge inside the room, apparently they are for sale and they don't tell you when you check in.. Terrible experience.. Will never use the hotel again!!

Nice hotel situated in the financial part of Istanbul. Close to 4 Levent M2 metro station, 4-5 stops to Taksim Square. If you come by bus from the IST aeroport it is one stop. Take bus IST5. It is very easy to find the hotel. Good prices, good location. It is worthing to stay here. I recommend!
