Burçman Hotel

Value was great. Customer service was great. Room was clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast was just ok but included in our stay. Roof balcony had great views.

It was very close to the mall and resturaunt and public transportation. Very walkable distance for most necessary things. Easy for us to get vale parking which was convenient for us. Free room service as well. Only complaint is a lack of a microwave in the room. Overall, very good service and experience, thank you

When we arrived they someone had messed up and dropped our reservation from the system, they put us in another hotel for the same group 3 km away! in two separate rooms me and kids!! Breakfast is the most basic i have ever seen, almost nothing to eat..Overall poor experience.

This probably was one of the worst hotels I stayed at, the room was dirty, curtain were falling down, beds were old and not comfortable, and the room smelled like cigarettes Bering smoked in it all night.

The beds are very old and outdated, too low to the floor and completely uncomfortable. Other than, everything else was AMAZING!

The Hotel is located within walking distance from the Kent Shopping mall and is ideally located for travel to tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is clean and well priced for a short stay in Bursa.

The location of hotel is, won't afraid of saying this, ideal - it is close to several bus stops allowing smooth arrival from the intercity bus stations, reaching the city center, sightseeing places, and Uludag's (mountain resort) Teleferik. The room was nice and clean, although lightening was not bright. The service and breakfasts were all ok as well.

The staff is cooperative and can speak English.

We stayed in Burcman hotel for three days. We booked a family room, it was very spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

It was my worst stay during my whole travel history. I booked for a non smoking family room that has 2 single beds and 1 queen bed and the size of the room was 45m2. when i got there, I found out my room was given to somebody else (not sure how) with the price for the small one (25m2) and I was charged the higher money for the small size. plus the room was smelly of smoke. after 1:30 hrs of discussion and calling everybody in the hotel they said they cancel my booking and return the money.when i accepted the cancellation they changed their mind and said you can cancel but with no refund. then they felt sorry to some extent and offered me a room with extra bed free of charge but the room was smoking one, I rejected. called their boss and said this is only one room, use spry to cover the smoke from it and do not give bed for free. I must be charged for that. so all this happened after 2 hrs of discussion and my kids were sleeping in the car after a long day out. So, I accepted the room in order to talk to the manger the following morning. The next morning, i met the manager and honestly he was negative and helpless and speak poor English. what he said "you slept here yesterday in a room, today check out, take your family and luggage out and talk to your travel agent with your problem" i was shocked and decided not to burn my day and get stressed talking to such mentality. i left talked to hotel.com, talked to them, they admitted but did not compensate the different at all.

Service is disappointing. staff are not friendly location is good

Location was great, short walk into city centre or tram stop just outside hotel. Great value for money! Breakfast was ok but same things every morning so if your going for a long stay like ourselves we got fed up after a week. Only thing i could moan about was the rooms and hallways smelt like cigarettes as people smoking in room

* Clean Hotel & Good Breakfast * Friendly staff * The bad thing was at the end of my visit when the reception want me to pay for chocolates and drinks I did not use them during my stay although the cleaning maid admit that my kids took it out of fridge but they backed it again in less than 1 min. in front of her , but they backed off when I insist to pay for only what my kids taking

Not a bad stay overall. The location was close to the city center. The hotel condition was good. The WiFi worked well. The breakfast was not so great though as the selection and quality are not as good as most other places we have stayed at.

Poor hotel and bad staff , i love bursa and the only bad point in bursa is this hotel!! No hot water in tab , flush of toilet is broken, poor of cleaness Poor breakfast I cut my stay in bursa and be back to istanbul because of this bad hotel
