Çok memnun kaldık, bir bebek ve bir çocukla gayet rahat ve temiz şekilde konakladık. Yalnız termal havuzu çok sıcak, diğer kapalı havuz da soğuktu, bebeği fazla sokamadık üşüdü ama bu yüzden puan kırmıyorum. Onun dışında her şey çok güzeldi. Kahvaltısı da çok iyiydi, çeşit bol ve tazeydi. Çok teşekkür ediyoruz, tavsiye ediyoruz....

Очень хороший отель для недолгой остановки в Бурсе. Комфортный, чистый и тихий номер, удобная кровать и качественное белье. Для ребёнка принесли хорошую раскладушку. Отличный термальный бассейн, сауна, хамам, Турецкая баня - все как обещали. Супруга хвалила женскую часть с отдельным термальным бассейном и банями. В отеле не питались (завтрак крайне дорогой) но прямо напротив ресторанный центр с множеством кафешек а в 5-7 минутах ходьбы - торговый центр Marka где есть знаменитый ресторан Islander, кафе Mado, фуд-корт и тд. В городе понравились Botanik Park, Extrem Park с зиплайном и рельсовой дорожкой. Обязательно приедем еще :)

Otelden ve personelden memnun kaldık. Her bir çalışan ayrı ayrı oldukça iyiydi, güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Hamam soğuktu, sular ılıktı. Hayatımda ilk defa bir hamamdan bir damla ter dökmeden çıktım.
