Staff were really helpful.

We were on the 5th floor and the Wi-Fi was terrible, never connected and was not available 80% of the time. For two people there were only 3 hangers, we asked reception multiple times for more with no luck. There are no irons or kettles in the rooms. The breakfast is very poor in taste and options, there is no flat bread to toast, food is not labelled, orange and peach taste like water, and you have to pay for orange juice. Only good thing is the location, 5-10mins walk to the bazaar, close to the tram line. Confusion on checkout time, Expedia says 11.30am, reception says 12pm.. if booking transport, probably best to book via hotel, should be 1500-1800TL each way. Don’t use Travelium via Expedia as they are not allowed to approach the hotel and will ask you to walk 10mins. Having visited this hotel 10 years ago, the quality has drastically fallen, the food was better before and they even gave two water bottle each day, not you only get one on arrival. It’s unfortunately gone from a 4 star to a 2 star. The rooftop restaurant is shockingly expensive, for two people small lunch cost £75, and they refused the 10% discount for hotel staff, which the hotel advertised everywhere. It’s sad to see this hotel fall apart, but they have the potential to fix the key issues and work back to a 4 star again. All the best to them.

Although the hotel rooms are clean, but the other facilities are not maintained well. There wasn’t hot water in the rooms for several times, the Spa was crowded, the pool’s water was cold, the breakfast area was messy. I think the staff need to be trained to be more friendly.

There are several facilities in the hotel either not working or they are not maintained. The staff are not very friendly specially in the restaurant.

Location. Breakfast needs some improvement but overall the hotel is good.

Property was nice. Room was nice and clean. Staff was rude and i booked this Property only for the swimming pool. It was closed and no body give us update or notice. They didn't compensate. Terrible experience. I could have booked same kind of rrom somewhere else with half price that i paid them. Apart from that breakfast was good. Cleanliness was good

Whilst the property was fine, they arranged on ground transport with a mob of shysters. We arrived at arranged meeting place, all staff were playing with their phones and none seemed to be our booked transport. None of them had our names registered in their system. 1 said they could take us, but to wait, never saw them again, then a second did the same and after 20 minutes we took a taxi (at half the cost of the booked transfer). On arrival at the hotel, transfer had called the hotel to say WE were a no show. Hotel staff then blackmailed us into paying the Euro 60 by refusing to hand our passports back until we did. After some discussion and return of passports, hotel staff paid half and only half back. Every where we went in that area, someone was after a piece of the action, wanting to sell us something we didnt want at exorbitant prices. Counterfeit luxury goods (watches, bags etc) abound. I would not go there again.

The hotel turned out to not be what was advertised at time of booking. The pool, spa and gym area is rundown, and clearly needs investment. If this had been rectified prior to my arrival then I would be giving this hotel a 5 star review.

Breakfast very poor ( very limited choices) and stuff not welcoming on the restaurant / hygiene level is not good enough/ room not clean enough for me/ not recommended 😔

Full of black mold in the room and washroom. Very bad people in the front desk I’ll call my bank to get the full refund. Have videos and picture proof of the room

The hotel rooms are very old specifically the washrooms. The hotel management scheduled maintenance work at night and the noise from maintenance drilling and cutting kept me and my sick kids awake all night prior to our flight. When i called the receptionist he refused that there work happening and when i kept calling he finally accepted that construction was going on. Terrible experience. Also the location is tough for the taxis to get in.
