DOBEDAN EXCLUSIVE HOTEL & SPA

It is great place for vacation with kids with slides with the fountains with the water pools.

Arrival - Hotel sent a cab which was very small, so when they say sedan it is a small sedan. If you have more luggage opt for the big car. The driver was polite and helpful. Check-in- Very quick and easy. Nothing Special. Most of the Hotel staff knows Russian but very few speak English. The Bell boy was helpful to move luggage to room, but to reach the deluxe bldg was a bit complicated. There was no direct access from the reception. You had to take 2 different elevators to get there. One major flaw was that they had only one elevator and that too was sometimes stuck. Also Deluxe rooms are far away from the beach, so keep that in mind. That is good if you need quite, but requires going through several elevators to go to the beach. Drinks- Good and unlimited. Cocktails were average. Food - Very much catered towards Russians. Not very regional cuisine. I in fact enjoyed local food outside than the resort food. There was a lot of food choice, just not to my liking. Also different types of restaurants are there but not included in the all inclusive. Pools - Very good pools. Water was sometimes cold, even indoor pools. The most bad part was the floors in and around the pool were very slippery. Found that very unsafe for small kids. Other than that my daughter enjoyed it a lot. Kid activities - They were good. My daughter enjoyed the dance activity in the evening. Beach - ok. Nothing compared to Mexico. They are not sandy beaches. Also finding spaces under umbrellas was difficult.

Lovely hotel, good facilities, but VIP service not given- room service breakfast we booked and it turned up an hour late after chasing. The free A La Carte meal wasn’t offered, although they deducted the cost once we complained. Some exceptional staff like the pier bar, and the piano bar. Second time we have stayed here, probably wouldn’t stay again.

Very nice hotel, especially the fact that ALL outdoor pools are pleasantly heated in November made our stay wonderful. One downside was that the aircon didn't work during the day when the room was heating up due to the full day sun exposure of our room window... Hotel is catering mostly to Russian guests, whose behaviors might not be for everyone...

This is our first trip to Antalya ,booked this hotel based on previous reviews ,arrived to the hotel very late at night ,the staff were very helpful ,reception staff mainly speak Turkish and Russian ,you can only find one who speak English ,usually very nice and helpfull , we booked 2 rooms ,gave the children standard room and us family room temporarily for one night ,I was annoyed as we weee suppose to have normal stanadard room ,then we had to move in the morning to our room which was next to our boys room ,from then onward everything was perfect ,facilities ,food is amazing !!! We were speechless with the food ,tennis and basket ball and swimming pools we the only facilities we used ,they were available all the time ,shows and disco every night with different theme each night ,it was a great holiday my boys enjoyed so much ; they loved Antalya and Alva Donna they want to come back ,excellent experience made it worthwhile and thinking of booking same hotel next year .

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. A lot to do while at this hotel.

I booked the hotel for a mini break. I have a villa in a surrounding town and thought I'd take my family for treat for a few days. The hotel was fabulous. Beautifully decorated and very good taste. Loved it! Food was great and staff where so friendly and helpful. Would defiantly go back again and would recommend this hotel.

The deco is great, and the ficilites r vey good. However the food is not thst good.

We spent 3 weeks at this hotel in April. What an amazing, beautiful and stunning hotel. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly, there were a few that were quite miserable and not very helpful. We had a Junior Suite which was very nice and kept very clean. The Animation Team were all great and very professional, especially Ali 4 who befriended us and made our holiday very special. We enjoyed his company very much, he is such a lovely guy. The only criticism I have is that for two of the weeks we were at the hotel they had two big conferences, this made the restaurant far too busy and I didn't expect to have to queue and get pushed around for my food and then no tables were available and had to wait for a free table. I didn't expect this of a 5 Star Hotel.

Very nice

This hotel is really nice. We got an upgrade upon check in to the new relax side. The hotel itself is absolutely amazing. Marble floors and decor looks really nice. Staff are really hit and miss. You get the nice ones and you get the ones that have a 'can't be asked' attitude! Overall nice hotel, nice staff and nice rooms. Would definitely cone back here.

Great start to the holiday after a room mishap was dealt with efficiently. Excellent facilities and lively atmosphere. Kids really enjoyed the kids club and the staff were excellent. However we didn't get a welcome info pack, customer relations were not very informative. Mostly geared up for the large groups of Russian and German guests who had holiday reps in resort. We had to find all information on activities and excursions by ourselves. The pools were cold and resort started closing down before the end of the season. Air conditioning was switched off even though temp 24 degrees and our complaints were disregarded. Overall great value for a quality all Inc resort and would recommend it.

Lovely hotel, nice friendly staff. We enjoyed our holiday and despite the rainy weather felt that the staff really did their best. It was perfect for relaxing. Great job Alva Donna!

Beautiful very clean. Plenty restaurants to eat in. Lots going on through the day. Evening entertainment was good. Fantastic arena. Pools and flumes ideal. Lacking in lifeguards. 1 at the flumes but it was a bit of a free for all. Pier and beach lovely. would definitely return for another holiday.

Great hotel for couples and families. Food is good. Drinks are also good. Pool and beach area are nice and comfortable. Most of the staff wants to start conversation always in Russian :( Russians (guests) there are rude and arrogant.

Excellent Hotel and Staff. Mostly Eastern Europeans but Defo recommended to UK Travelers
