I would like to give the property the highest rating, as I appreciate certain aspects of my stay. However, I would also like to share some feedback that I hope will be helpful in improving the guest experience. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment during my second stay was disappointing. The floor was sticky and had hair on it, and the bed linen was dirty. I appreciate that the bedding was changed after I reported the issue, and I would encourage the team to pay closer attention to cleanliness and room preparation before guests arrive. I would also like to highlight the importance of customer service at reception. As a hotel manager working in Poland and Bulgaria, I understand how important it is to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Small gestures, such as greeting guests with a smile, responding warmly to their requests, and maintaining a friendly attitude, can make a significant difference to the overall experience. I understand that every property has its own way of working, but a consistently warm and welcoming approach is particularly important when hosting international guests. Despite these concerns, I do not wish to give a lower rating, and I am leaving a positive review in the hope that my feedback will be received constructively. With greater attention to apartment cleanliness and improvements in the quality of service at reception, I believe the guest experience could be significantly better.
