Grand Itimat Hotel

Quiet good hotel, 4 star rated, deserve it

The Grand Intimat is a nice hotel. The suite was a good size for 4 people. The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of foods. The staff was very accommodating.

We stayed there Tongo visit the travertines in pamukkale. It was a perfect option with our babies, the suite was very nice and big and the service was very good.

Hotel is clean but it’s a business man type hotel - rather soul less. No alcohol or bar here, breakfast is usual self service buffet. It’s all OK for the price but it’s not a holiday or family hotel. We did experience some Wi-fi issues

Staff service was excellent. Lot of traffics noise and AC was not operational.

Room and bed were very clean and comfortable. Check-in staff were excellent. We were puzzled that there were no alcoholic beverages in the mini-bar. The evening meal selection was disappointing. My vegetarian wife ordered pesto on pasta and a glass of red wine. The pasta arrived with NO pesto and the most meagre amount of cheese. On querying this the kitchen had apparently run out of pesto. The kitchen staff eventually offered to cook some mushrooms instead to go on top of the pasta. When the meal returned, there were only a few thin slices of mushroom and the pasta had gone cold. We were unable to have ANY alcohol at this hotel - very poor for a 4-star hotel. Don't think we will return.

It was short stay while moving by cat to other distances in turkey. The stay was comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

We stay here every time we are in Denizli! And we are in Denizli 4-5 times per year. The staff are AMAZING! The hotel is VERY CLEAN! On our last visit, my sister and I came to the hotel at 11pm and we had not eaten all day. The restaurant was closing BUT they front desk manager asked the restaurant to please allow us to eat and they served us THE BEST Chicken soup!! This is a WONDERFUL hotel!

Very rude staff and gave us the wrong room and said The hotel was full. Once spoken to Manager the next door room magically became empty Would never use again

Unwelcoming to foreign guests - hotel on the whole was clean and convenient however this does not make up for poor welcome and check in service. Very loud guests in the corridor all night. First thing the staff said on arrival......not even even a “Hello”...... extra money. Charged 50% extra upon check in, for 2 guests instead of 1. Scam if you ask me.

Friendly staff!! Good breakfast very comfortable room

The manager was extremely helpful and Baris, the doorman was super nice. He was always alert and quick to assist as we return to the hotel each time, holding out an umbrella or helping you with your belongings. The receptionist was nice too. It is a pity, though, that they are not very conversant in English. However, they make it up by trying really hard to understand us. The hotel is about 10 minutes away from Forum Camlik by taxi, the biggest mall in Denizli. You can get most stuff you will need there. It will cost you about USD$3. There are a couple of mini marts across the road from the hotel too. Breakfast was a good spread and requests for fried eggs can be made through the waiter. Overall, a nice place to stay in Denizli.

It was a good place to stay with family.

최고의 숙소에요. 미그로스 마트도 도보로 15분 내외고, 주차장도 큼직해서 렌터카 여행객에게 더할 나위 없습니다. 직원도 친절하고 조식도 맛있어요. 1월에 갔는데 너무 따뜻하게 잘 지내다 왔습니다.
