Hampton by Hilton Cerkezkoy

It was a great hotel. The room was clean, ac was working. The hotel personnel was nice as well. The only feedback that I would give is the breakfast. It was a rich breakfast but at the end of the breakfast, they were running out of coffee or tea. I think they should make the beverages twice as it is a big size of a hotel. Other than that, everybody was super friendly and they were helpful if I needed anything

Wonderful hotel. Such nice staff. great to have an indoor pool. Good breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely use again!

Great staff

I was looking forward to seeing the warm and welcoming friendly faces of the hotel like Bilge, Benay, Alper, chef Murat and Yusuf Islam but was saddened to see that the A-team was no longer at the hotel except Yusuf and boy was I happy to see him because like he and the previous A-team employees had great communication and hospitality skills as well as excellent knowledge of English and Chef Murat prepared most delicious breakfast buffet! I gave the hotel 5 stars because of Yusuf Islam, Asli (housekeeping manager) Rivayde and Yasemin from housekeeping! Asli, Rivayde, Yasemin and from the front desk Yusuf IIslam should be commended for their hospitality and communication skills and going above and beyond for the guests.

We checked in when there was a global computer problem so we could not get a room key so the staff escorted us everywhere untill the system was back on line aBout 4 hrs they were ever so nice .the lady that cleaned our room was amazing with such a eye for detail

Very good hotel. High quality service. What bothered me was the possibility to smoke in the restaurant. But this is country specific- not the fault of the hotel. I recomend it.

This was my second visit to this beautiful brand new Hampton by Hiilton and what made my stay wonderful was the awesome and ever so hospitable employees! From the moment you walk in, you’re acknowledged and greeted by friendly and welcoming front desk representatives such as Bilge, Alper and Yusuf! They should truly be commended on their wonderful guest relations skills 👏 Where do I begin with the breakfast? Incredibly delicious breakfast buffet prepared by a very talented chef that would always greet us in the morning with a friendly hello! The breakfast servers were truly wonderful and ever so eager and attentive. Always offering to make us tea, coffee or if we needed anything else. Benay, Ahmet and the rest of the servers should be commended for being so attentive and helpful! Many thanks to Tuba and Ruveyde for the spotlessly clean room and always greeting us with a warm and friendly smile! If I could give more points I would because truly this hotel had the most sincere,attentive, knowledgeable, welcoming and caring employees as well as the GM and F&B manager being so kind and welcoming. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay great and we greatly appreciate all the employees for making us feel right at home!

Konjmu ve alt katın Bigchef oluşu her daim şeflerin elinden lezzetli yiyecek ve içeceklere ulaşmamızı sağladı. İş yorgunlugunu böyle nezih bir ortamda atmak iyi geldi. Tekrar gelmeye niyet ederek ayrıldık teşekkürler tüm çalışanlarına. Hepsi güleryüzlü ve nezaketliydi

Gayet iyi bir konaklamaydı Trakya'da Çorlu'da Hilton ve divandan sonra Çerkezköy'de de burası var diğerleri ise bunların çok çok uzağında standart oteller

Temizlik mükemmel. Hizmet mükemmel. Resepsiyondaki yetkililer güzel yüzlü anlayışlı ve ilgili. Restaurant kısmındaki FİKRET BEYE ÖZELLİKLE TEŞEKKÜRLER.

Hotels.com aracılığıyla ücretini ödediğim kahvaltı dahil konaklamamızda hafta sonu saat 13:00 e kadar açık büfe olduğu bilgisi ile ödeme yaptık. Otele girişte kahvaltı saatinin 12:00 e kadar olduğu bilgisi verildi. Sabah 11:05 de kahvaltıya indik ve açık büfenin kalktığını 11:00 e kadar sürdüğü söylendi. Yanlış bilgi verildiğini söylememize karşılık ücret ödeyerek otelin ücretli restaurantında tost yemek durumunda kaldık.

Temizlik konfor karşılama otel konumu ve kahvaltı herşeyiyle mükemmeldi. Beğenmediğim tek konu tv nin kontrol edilemiyor olması. Ses açma sorunlu kanallar engelli. Büyük ekran tv fakat kontrol edilemeyince bir anlamı yok

One thing that I don’t understand is that in your hotel you allow people to smoke while some others are eating breakfast.

Das Hotel ist neu, Personal super freundlich, zur Stadtmitte kommt man auch sehr gut hin.

İş seyahati sebebiyle 2 gece konakladim ve genel olarak memnun ayrildim. Kahvaltısı çeşitli ve kaliteli ürünler kullanıyorlar. Odalar birqz kucuk ama temizlik iyiydi.
