Terrible experience. We had 2 rooms booked nonrefundable via Expedia. We checked in later in the evening around 10pm. Once we took our daughter to her room around 11.30pm we realised there were bed bugs on one of the beds. We alerted the front office. We asked them to give us a different room. We waited till 1am and they still could not give us any other room. They even did not bother to come and check. My husband got furious and asked them to cancel one of the rooms and left the property. I advised Expedia and the hotel around 1am. They both confirmed that they will sort it out. I still could not get my money back for the room that we did not stay. Some hotel representatives said that its a garden area and bugs are normal! Thats not what i expect from 5 star hotel. I am also not happy how Expedia dealt with it. I wont book again via Expedia.

Very clean rooms! Very friendly staff!
If you don't have a pre-arranged transfer from the airport, you would need to call one day prior arrival or find one at the airport.
Pre-arranged would cost about 69 Euro.
Very clean pool and the bay has a nice beach where you can walk into a water with a few areas without much of rocks.
I would go there again if I could.

Went with a large group (family) Loved the scenery and landscape. We loved the food at Lavanta which is part of the all inclusive. Lots of Turkish cooking, just like my mom used to make. For some other restaurants you have to pay.
It’s hilly and hard to walk around without waiting for a shuttle, so I don’t recommend this for those who aren’t full able-bodied and / or in good physical shape
WI-FI is spotty so don’t plan on connecting to VPN to work from here, although we were able to use it regularly to save on data
We all loved the water - it’s so clear, blue and turquoise not like anything you will see elsewhere
Mini Bodrum is cute and fun for the (pre)teenagers especially

All staff were 'Excellent' in manner & more than willing to help in anyway possible. However the Reception staff were 'OUTSTANDING'. Being fluent in English was most definitely a bonus.
The food was 'Amazing' with a wide variety on every level 'Excellent.

Our stay was great. Our son enjoyed so much, though I would just like to say that most of the staff were not wearing their masks.
The room was really clean! I am very sensitive with the cleanliness of the room especially the T&B, you won't see any dirt even on the sides and corners in our room.
Too many choices of food at the Lavanta restaurant. I wish there was a bigger place for the outdoor dining.
We also had dinner at the Laguna lounge. We expected too much from it especially that it is one of the ala carte restaurants and you have to pay extra money for it like dining in a regular restaurant. Me and my husband are hoteliers, and let me just put it this way... Knowledge of the food and drinks menu are the key weapon you have to bring with you as an F&B service staff.
But it was a great experience. A lot of opportunities to grow but such a beautiful property and the shuttle guys were very friendly.

Overall nice sea and clean environment, lots of trees around. Area is large so You need a shuttle to go from sea to the restaurant or rooms. Do not suggest to old people and those with little children. People put their towels and reservate seat at sunset bar, this should be controlled so that everyone can use the bar.
All the food is served at the main restaurant, there is nothing to eat at the sea side, you have to take the shuttle or climb to restaurant. Some kind of snack would be fine at sea side. You have to wait a queue at the tea and coffea house even for a bottle of water. A refrigerator full of soft drinks at the sea side would solve this problem.
Staff at the restaurant were probably new, a lot of serving problems occurred. At breakfast you have to wait for water than for tea than for spoon.. etc. Nothing goes on spontaneously, you have to call and wait for everything.. you do not feel like a guest of a 5 star hotel unfortunately.
Staff of the lobby, vale or cleaning were othervise helpfull

I didnt like the main courses at the buffet at all. Everything was low in quality, the meats(turkey, chicken, ground beef were all terrible.
During our whole stay, we just had the salads and plain pasta.

Came for a COVID-style honeymoon. Absolutely fabulous. Amazing location, 2 private bays with crystal clear waters. Design and architecture were impeccable. Staff was extra friendly, especially Songul from the reception desk.
Food is overall excellent.
Some stuff we didn't like: 1. The silence bay beach is very windy after 14:00. We were told it was always like that. This means you can't swim in it after noon. 2. The walk to the Village beach is quite long and the shuttles don't go there. 3. For an all-included, there aren't enough options outside the dining hall. Except for alcohol, there's no food or drink at the beach. 4. The bartenders don't really know how to make cocktails. They just pour ingredients into cups without measuring them. The result is, mostly, undrinkable.
But really, a phenomenal hotel, quiet, rich and opulent, relaxing. Every detail was planned with care and thought and it shows.
We will definitely come back!
