Hilton Garden Inn Mardin

VERY GOOD BREAKFAST, CLEAN ROOM, VERY NİCE WELCOMİNG, FREE PARKİNG AREA.

We couldn't go to Mardin, we have asked the Hotel to modify our reservation to same hotel but in a different city, bur they didn't accept! Same hotel but different branch, we felt disappointed to be honest.

Everything was fantastic. Found the room too warm but other than that, the place was lovely and the food was nice!

Stayed two nights staff very nice clean not good

t looks like a place where truck drivers stay, with the standards of a three-star hotel. The rooms have an overwhelming smell of cigarettes, resembling a three-star Holiday Inn hotel

The rooms smell like cigarettes, and even in non-smoking rooms, the cigarette odor comes through the ventilation. At certain times, it feels like a four-star roadside hotel. The staff is limited.

I didn't like living in it, but soap on the laundry, shampoo and poet are hanging on the wall. And breakfast buffet is very few options

We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was okay. But definitely worth the stay.

Everything was fine except the Wifi connection which was unreliable and slow. 😊 We hope it can be resolved

The shower was not working, there were no wipes, no blow-dry

Everything is great. But need a car/taxi to get the old town.

The room was disappointing for a Hilton. The bathroom was fine and the bed comfortable but neither the refrigerator nor the a/c worked in my room, and the Internet was so slow and intermittent that it was practically unusable. The room furnishings looked tired.

They didn’t have enough cleaning items

After staying a couple of nights in the old Mardin, we were thankful to have a big of space and a really comfortable bed. We had a 1 bedroom suite that we used for our family and it was perfect. The staff was wonderful and helped us with whatever we needed.

At breakfast, you can see at kitchen, people removing mask to work! İ got covid 8 weeks ago and difficult to say, but İ was very careful. Possible İ got from a restaurante where workers don’t care about been the instrument to kill someone. İ was by to die! Weeks at hospital in isolationsufferingbrcause poor management as Hilton has tha can’t compliance with regulations in place, İ’m ok now and protected, but how many will suffer because poor management that can not control process and keeping supporting talks but without walking? Sad! Disapointing!

Wonderful for the price but there is tremendous need for improvement in the breakfast.

Nice comfortable beds. Large room with views. Good breakfast. Gym, pool and steam room are great!

Food was not up to quality of four star hotel. Breakfast could have been better

Clean comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff. Although its not in the old town it is easy to get around

They do not read emails and notes of customers at the time of reservation. We ended up in a room taht smells even tough ee asked non smoking room. But the reason we gave 2 star is that there are 3 heavy rock breaker machine around the hotel that makes impossible to sleep or rest. It is a run and hide type hotel.
