Hilton Istanbul Kozyatagi

Room was nice and clean. All staff except for the one at checkin were great to deal with.

Rooms were lovely, kept clean and the staff on reception/ restaurant was aleays helpful. Very good for visiting aroynd iatanbul with the metro line so close to hotel, and only 4 stops away from kaikoy so easy to get over to the europe side for sight seeing also. Only a 10 min taxi ride to all good shoppping malls amd the kids theame mall hula lupa is amazi g need 2 days there. Also conected via a bridge to a outlet shoppi g centre and food hall. Great ootion overall. Also on metroline straight from saw airport.

The staff were so polite and helpful. The room has clean sheets and very clean bathroom, but the carpet was not so clean. The breakfast is great but we had the same things everyday, No change.

Uncooperative stuff. Charging me on ice order to my room 10 dollars, old furnished room, mattress was bad All thing was bad

Breakfast was great and it should be for $30 Euros per person per day. Chef was available to make anything you asked for. The variety was great. Property condition : the hotel itself from the outside looks great but the rooms do need remodelling and renovation. It wasn’t as clean as I would’ve wanted. The bed covers had stains and had holes. The bed itself was comfy. The water was nice and hot but there was one day that it just ran cold after mentioning the issue to the front staff they fixed it. The proximity to optimum mall is walking was a few foot steps away, so it was not at a distance. Staff: There was one lady in the breakfast room that hovered over us and made us feel uncomfortable. Aside from that, the rest of the staff was professional, helpful and kind. Especially the staff at the front door helped us a lot with getting a ride and helping us change rooms due to cleanliness issues.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The gym was excellent—spacious, clean, and well-equipped, which was a great bonus during our stay. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, with a shopping mall just across the street, easily accessible via a safe pedestrian overpass, and the metro station is only a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice city view. Whenever we needed anything—like extra towels or amenities—room service was prompt and efficient. We did not use the dining facilities. Overall, this hotel offers great value, modern amenities, and a strategic location. Would definitely recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

Very friendly service, clean

We booked double bed room and paid for it but we got two single bed room and they didn't change it and saud hotels.com did it and we can't do anything. Beds were awfull uncomfortable

The room was OK, but nothing outstanding. The hotel is close to subway station, but 5 minute walk is needed. If you want to go to Bagdat Caddesi, a popular entertainment and dining area, cab ride is needed. If the room is facing towards highway, yiu can hear noise from outside.

The most Horrible is the Matelas when is very old and you can't sleep normally .

This hotel must be rated 3 star hotel, not even close to 5 star

Good location and staff

As an overall chain hotel it was quite nice, but service was poor. Had to constantly try to make eye contact with servers that wanted to ignore you.

It was okay but a bit old. They had a nice Jym.

The customer service was wonderful. The entire stay at the hotel was impressive. Semih was very helpful!

Had a metal detector at the door that pretty much beeped when everyone went thru it, then no one really cared. Lol. People were nice and coffee ladies at downstairs bar were very nice

Very nice hotel. Clean, modern and comfortable. Great view from my king bed room. Amazing breakfast buffet.
