This is really good hotel, clean, very good service, good staff, comfortable, and good furniture. Actually I must be check in at 2pm, but I can ask at 9am, it's really good. The foods it was delicious feeling, and the service till 11pm. So better ! Before we going to room hotel, the staff let me see what have inside in all the floor, and I like so much the rooftop bar on 5 floor, make me relax, and we can see sunset with red wine. And for second time, I come without order on internet, and I come sad, because the room already full. So, if you wanna come here. Better order first! And this hotel really recommended and I like stay here ! Hoping will come istanbul again.

It is very satisfying in terms of service, cleanliness and hospitality comfort and is very helpful in terms of what travelers want, such as arranging guest pick-ups, suggesting places, etc. the main thing is very helpful, if there are more than five stars I would love to move to another hotel if in Istanbul
